Had a great experience! Customer service was excellent. They shipped out my order the next day and it was more affordable than other places I looked at. Only 1/60 cookies was broken and they tasted delicious.

BEWARE. Purchased "blueberry" cookies. Came beyond hard and inedible. Contacted company. Must ship back (at MY expense) for a refund. GO ELSEWHERE for a better product and shopping experience.

Came on time, well packaged and exactly as pictured and described. Tasted fresh, crisp and GREAT flavor (I got the vanilla). The printing on fortune was clear and very professional looking. I used them for church Asian New Year Party and they were a GREAT hit. Will buy again.

i ordered 1.8, on 1.9 i had a tracking number but usps hadnt received the order yet. Today is 1.18, still no info, tracking says its still waiting for the order on 1.9.Not until i got the receipt did i see a reference to USPS being unreliable and your chocolate will melt.... why offer a service that isnt reliable..... why has the rracting not been updated in 11 days. DONT ORDER FROM HEREUpdate: ZERO response to 4 emails 2 phone calls, no update to tracking. Cookies showed up 1.23, poorly packed, many broken..... and still no response. Thankfully i bought 50 cookies elsewhere. Terrible customer service

i ordered cookies for a bridal shower on 1.8 .23, i got a tracking 1.9.23 indicating product not received but label created. That was the last update despite 2 calls 4 emails and no updates and responses. I cancelled order andbordeted elsewhere on 1.19.23. i received fancy fortune cookies 1.23.23, after tge 1.22.23 shower abd they were 1/3 broken, bc they were in a plastic bag, nonpaddjng, in a tight bix. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a box of fortune cookies over three weeks ago - I called two weeks ago and asked for delivery info and the owner was very rude and said she would email shipping info and never did. I waited another week and still nothing. I just called and someone picked up and then hung up. My order was for a special occasion and I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I won’t order from you again and I want a refund when you decide to answer the phone!!

What a terrible experience I just had with FCC. I placed an order with FCC on 7/21. I kept checking the status to make sure I would have them in time for my event on 8/6. I requested a delivery date no later than 8/3. My order status was never updated their system, and as of 7/28 it still said processing. I emailed the company and did not receive a timely response so I had to order cookies from elsewhere to make sure I had something to give at my event. I asked to cancel my order, and again, my order still said processing. To my surprise, my cookies arrived on 7/29. I finally heard back today, 8/1, and was told they could not cancel my order because it had already been delivered. No kidding. When I remarked that it would be nice to have better customer service and communication and update your order system in a timely manner, I was told that they are "real people with families and lives". That's all I needed to hear and they will never get my business or any of my friends business again. Great way to run a business

Extremely satisfied with communication, speed of order, and quality of order/products. E-mailed FFC for additional information prior to ordering. Received a very quick response each time. FCC was able to accommodate a short-notice order for 150 chocolate dipped cookies. Order was received on time. Packaged nicely, no damaged cookies that I could see. Received many compliments on the quality! I would definitely order from them again.
