The brunch buffet was really good! Food was fresh and tasty. Love love love the omelette/ waffle lady (plus she makes fantastic food)!

We were in town for the Big Ten Championship and chose this restaurant because it's located within the Hyatt, so we expected it to be busy. We made a reservation, and nowhere was it communicated that the dining option would be buffet only with no menu ordering. Despite knowing the size of the event and the number of reservations, the restaurant was clearly not prepared for the volume of guests. There was only one person working the omelet station, resulting in an extremely long line. We also waited over 10 minutes just for scrambled eggs to be refilled on the buffet. Service was equally disappointing. Our waiter never came by to check on drink refills and placed our bill on the table almost immediately after we sat down with a very small amount of food. I truly do not like to complain, but this experience was frustrating. The restaurant knew how many people were coming, failed to communicate the buffet-only format, and did not have enough staff or food to support the crowd. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Sunday morning breakfast buffet was very enjoyable especially the omelet bar. Every one was sooo friendly and professional. Cesar really took great care of us all while mentoring some of the lesser experienced staff members.

We made reservations here to grab food before a colts home game. Didn't realize at that time that it was within the Hyatt hotel and the food offered was strictly their breakfast buffet which was roughly $25pp before tip.

Cesar welcomed us to the restaurant for breakfast and promptly seated us at a comfortable table offering us the buffet or a look at the menu and proceeded to take our drink order. Throughout the meal, Cesar was pleasant and friendly meanwhile very polite. He was attentive but out sight - a great talent. We enjoyed the buffet and plan to return! We hope Cesar will be there.

Everything looked really nice and everyone was nice we love the food but our Waiter was so wonderful it felt so nice that he spoke to us in our language and he was so attentive all the time he made us feel so welcomed thank you Cesar for being so wonderful 😊
We've been to the Fat Rooster 🐓 restaurant. And Cesar was the man! It was a great breakfast and service! Highly appreciated and recommended. Omelet, coffee and some fruits- just perfect to start the day. And for some reason we need 200 characters so adding another sentence.

Royally messed up my order and did NOT give me my crew discount. I asked for an egg white omelet, they gave me the opposite and charged more. It was cold. French toast with fruit? It's more like regular hardened dry toast, fruit just thrown on top of the dry toast, cold and disgusting. Society leaders keep giving the best locations to no seasoning people, no good service ppl. Oh, and quit making hash browns. Literally just shredded cold potatoes. That's it! No seasoning! No presentation, slop. I'm certain if they change that hashbrown to home fries (Google the recipe from a person who seasons their food), they'll get a huge difference in sale.

Jam and Cesar at the Fat Rooster Restaurant were responsive, friendly, and really good at their jobs! The food was excellent - great variety and with little wait time. The nice girl bussing the tables was working so hard as was the lady making the 'made to order' omelets and waffles. We loved it so much we went back each day of our stay. It will be a factor in our coming back to stay at this location. If we lived closer, we'd come in weekly for brunch!
