Fazoli’s was founded in 1988 in Lexington, Kentucky. A fast-casual Italian chain restaurant. There are no locations in the west coast sadly. My first experience eating at one of the locations in Indy was back in 2006 prior to Yelp. It was an awesome first experience.
For this location, I’ve been here twice. Once in October 2021 and November 2020. We’ve ordered the following:
-Parmesan Crusted Alfredo -Meat Lasagna -Chicken Parm pasta duo -Chicken Parm Pasta noodle -Penne with creamy basil chicken **Renowned for their unlimited bread sticks.
All of them were delicious with generous portions. My favorite was the Penne with creamy basil chicken. Customer service was great.

We stopped here after a 6 hour travel day. My son had never been to one before and was willing to try something new. He had a slice a pizza and said it was good and actually ate it all. He also enjoyed the bread sticks.
I had chicken Alfredo that also was good. The service was good, the food came up quick. The restaurant was clean.
Overall this is not fine dining, it is fast food pastas and lasagnas.

The young man that took my order seemed a little agitated by my presence. He was less than attentive when taking mu order. I asked for my salad before the entree and he proceeded to go to the back and grab a salad dish and a prepared togo salad. He then went about transferring the salad, with bare hands, from the togo container into the dish. Needless to say, I did not enjoy this visit and likely will never return to this location.

I had just left the hospital after visiting my mom and I was hungry and tired and stopped at the drive-thru here at 7:45 pm. A woman told me she would be right back but never came back to me. I could hear some static on the speaker so I drove up to the window thinking the speaker was broken. I could see a woman and an older man walking around leisurely. They just ignored me. The female employee was bagging up orders so I assumed they were busy inside. I finally realized they had no intention of helping me or the person behind me and I drove around front, only to see there was no one inside but the employees! I waited 10 minutes so they had plenty of time to acknowledge me. Fazoli's, hire more people and ones who actually want a job. I hadn't been to a Fazoli's in years and never plan to return again.
I enjoyed my lunch on a rainy Monday. In particular, Rovalia was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back! In
