This is my second time getting this loaded baked spaghetti And it is very good. The first time I was there the cashier was laying in a booth watching YouTube videos while the manager was calling for him but never came this time the employee was behind the counter and took my order

I’m giving this Fazoli’s a one star rating Because, I recently took my parents here for there 60th anniversary and we were very disappointed with the service from the cashier. She was trying to have my grandpa give her a ginormous tip, even though he said no. also, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. My parents got the senior meal and one of the sides they got was pizza and it was the smallest burnt up slice of pizza. The breadsticks were burnt and very crispy, all the pop/soda was flat and tasted horrible. I used to go to Fazoli’s as a child and I loved it. This place ruined Fazoli for me. I’m probably never going to a Fazoli‘s again. Overall, everything was horrible.

The stuffed Shells with Garlic Shrimp was DELICIOUS!!! They had missed my side of Alfredo sauce the last 2 times, and they were gracious enough to replace. Had a Strawberry Lemon Ice and the Cream Cake it was soooo good...put some of my strawberries from my drink on my dessert...YES!!!

So...We ordered a family meal, 1/2 gallon lemonade and 2 Italian Ice's. Mind you-this meal is supposed to feed 8 people...Needless to say we received 1/2 of the half gallon lemonade, plenty of Alfredo, spaghetti, and penne pasta. Now for the sauces... we got 3 Luke warm cups of sauce that were 3/4 full of tasteless and stiff alfredo sauce, the meat sauce was salty and meatless marinara sauce. Where the meatless sauce come from cause we ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The lasagna was crispy, you had to cut off 1/4 from each end just to eat it. The only thing they got right was the Italian ice and breadsticks. When I called to report to the unsatisfactory results, I was told " well it's enough to feed 4 people…unacceptable
I remember Fazolis being a decent place to grab some quick, affordable pasta. Every single thing has gone downhill. Except the bread sticks. They're still pretty good.For the price I paid I'll go to an actual Italian restaurant.

We waited for over 20 mins for indoor service. We went to the kiosk and ordered and numerous customers got their good before ours. Staff were rude. Restaurant was practically empty and not much business in drive through. Staff was back there messing around. This location will not stick around if the continued antics happen.
