It's the dirtiest establishment I have ever physically been in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This one restaurant is so bad it has detoured me from the whole chain. I can't believe the Chain or the Board of Health allow it to operate.
My mom and went to the one on Madison Ave today for lunch. Well attempted to anyway. I was using the kiosk to place our order. One of the ladies told us not to, she would take it. Ok, fine. my mom gave her order including drink. I told her I wanted the chicken parmesan and nothing else. She asked if I wanted to add a drink, I said no. She asked again.
