I placed a catering order at the Emerson location. Unfortunately, they hadd a fire! 🔥 So, they contacted this location to tranfer our order.
When I arrived, these ladies were so busy: a line in store, my $200+ catering order, another large catering order, and the drive thru! The way the team moved swiftly and in sync was definitely impressive.
My order was hot, fresh and perfectly packaged up, the other catering order was completed, the people in line received their lunches, the drive thru customers were taken care of, AND they stayed super friendly to everyone coming in and leaving.
These women need a raise Fazolis!!!! I will be coming here for our future catering orders! 10 out of 10!

Drive thru experience. Window associate was good. Acknowledged me and thanked me (rare sometimes these days). Pepperoni breadsticks. 3 Breadsticks cut in half topped with melted mozzarella and a couple of pepperoni slices each with dipping size cup of pizza sauce. Nice tasty snack.

Our 12-year old granddaughter took us out for lunch today at Fazoli’s on Madison Avenue in Indianapolis. We each had the lunch special which is a great deal. It comes with two two lunch size entrees, breadsticks, and a drink. It was delicious! Great deal for the price!
But better than that was the service provided by Angie M. She took our order, gave us breadsticks while we waited for our food, delivered our food, and came back to check on us several times.
As we were preparing to leave, we picked up all our dishes to take to the dish station. Angie M. came by and picked up our dishes! She went above and beyond! Employees like Angie M. are hard to find!
Our granddaughter was so impressed with Angie M., she asked us if it would be okay if she left Angie M. a tip! Angie M.’s actions spoke volumes. It opened up a great conversation with our granddaughter about what makes a good employee and how to treat customers.
