The customer service I received from Jenn was above and behind exceptional; her energy was vibrant. From the beginning to the end she recommended several dishes and desserts. I will definitely return just because of the customer service.

Love this place, but the employee's could be a little more professional and they are supposed to give you free bread sticks with you meal which they did, but they brought the table next to mine theirs first and me a empty plate that they then took half of the bread sticks off of the plate from the table next to mine and placed them on my plate in front of me. Just think they should have prepared them individually that's all.

Ordered a dozen breadsticks and only got 10. Three of them were so hard I had to throw them away. The rest were so soft it was like they took them out the oven too soon. Very disappointing

Ordered carry out and I received the wrong dish. I ordered lasagna and was given baked spaghetti. A great disappointment after a long 6 hour drive. I didn't notice the mistake until I arrived back to my hotel. I was too tired to drive back to get what I ordered. Epic customer service failure.
