It was a fabulous experience, it had been the second time I had been there and I had a wonderful experience there.

Excellent dining experience that didn't break the bank. Food was tasty and the portions were large. Restaurant was quiet and the lighting was perfect. Price was extremely reasonable.

The server did an OK job, but the table we were seated at was dirty, I got a knife that was covered in something sticky and had to request a replacement, my drink was not correct, and the food was just OK. It was also very overpriced. I won't be returning.

Our server Malik was great The manager was helpful when as we were leaving we had forgotten to mention our $10 off coupon and he looked up our bill and gave us the credit. Later I called and talked to another manager to make sure our server received his tip and he was reassuring

We usually dine in Glendale, AZ but are traveling so ate at this location. We normally order a certain item but this time ordered from their special deals. We weren't terribly hungry so we shared. We prefer our usual offering to what we had. Overall, it was okay but felt like the location wasn't that easy to find if you aren't familiar with this restaurant.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a beautiful restaurant. Service was excellent.

First time here for the Brunch menu. Service was great, food was not nearly as good as expected. I will say it was a nice touch for the surprise birthday dessert included.

food is top notch and service outstanding. noise level is way too high - they need some acoustics!

Nice time. All 4 enjoyed meals. Went to the restaurant before Colts game. We got in and out on timely basis. I had soup and club sandwich. Very testy. Two had the chicken biscuit and the potatoes. Last person had the hamburger. All pleased with meal. Service was very good. Will return.

Great food -- we all cleared our plates, from salmon salad to beef tacos. The server was very attentive and helpful.

Our server was very nice, but she had too many tables. I had to ask for my drink twice we had to ask for our bread twice. It took a long time to get our food which was way overpriced. $15 for a salad that had lettuce, a little bit of bacon in like four tomatoes is ridiculous. The salad was big, but it was just iceberg lettuce with some dressing on it. It was ridiculously overpriced. I will not be coming back to Firebirds. It's run like a chain restaurant. It felt like a chain restaurant and you need to not have your servers have tables outside inside. Maybe you need to hire some more servers because she was overworked and we were underserved.

Food was great. Noted in my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, but there was nothing said or done by the wait staff to acknowledge the event, which was a little disappointing. Otherwise enjoyed the dining experience.

Sadly the lobster queso is much watered down, as was the lemonade martini. The waiter forgot the soup and the request for salad dressing. The special summer beef/pasta bowl was disappointing.
