Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

It was disappointing that the restaurant was so dirty. We were seated at a table with food all over the floor. They had not cleaned it up prior to seating us. There was food on the seats as well. As expensive as the restaurant is I was shocked to see it is such poor condition.

This was a phenomenal experience! We went for my boyfriend's birthday dinner and I had a special request. Mya (was our server) and the hostess with the blonde curly hair (I don't remember her name) and they were so helpful and accommodated us so well! Firebirds is my new obsession!

Server was slow and not attentive. Food wasn't the usual standard I am used to. I did however speak to Steve the manager and he swiftly made the situation right. Steve is a great manager, and due to his hospitality I will definitely return!

Great food as usual but server was a bit disappointing. Slow service, inattentive but the quality of the food made it worth it.

Two of the steaks weren't cooked correctly. I ordered a baked potato as my meal and only got mashed potatoes because they said they were out of baked potatoes, but never told me so I could choose something else. If they had mashed potatoes, I don't understand how they didn't have a baked potato. This is a steak restaurant, someone could've gone to the grocery and picked up some.

Excellent food and excellent service provided to our group (13 guests) during a busy lunch hour. Thank you! We will be back!

We visited this establishment at 1pm on a Saturday. The noise was low the server was attentive and the food was good. Will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend the tenderloin salad. I had it with ranch dressing & it was delicious! The carrot cake is to die for. We split it 4 ways. The onion ring appetizer is great & seriously plenty for 4 to share.

I was here with family for my brother's birthday. I enjoy the food here. Also, the waiter was friendly and actively refilled our water.

Everything was good except it was really cold in the restaurant. I had to keep my heavy fleece on

Strawberry shrimp salad with pecans the best. Ask for ‘butt' bread. Outside dining is great.

First time experiencing Firebirds. My family enjoyed it. Only thing I didn't care for was the parmesan mashed potatoes. The outside was a little hard and they were also lukewarm. The salmon, outstanding. Service, top notch. The attentiveness of the servers was extremely professional. We live about 40min away but I'm sure we will be back. I also love the fact that other guests sang happy birthday to my son and the staff watched and smiled. Friendly atmosphere, felt welcomed and comfortable. That is much appreciated given the world we are living in today.

We were seated for a while before Victoria asked if anyone had welcomed us we told her that no one had so she said she would take care of us. We ordered drinks and our meals right away and we didn't have to wait long at all before everything came out. All of our food and drinks were delicious and I think the prime rib was the best I have ever had. The only complaint was I wish the mashed potatoes had some butter on them as they were very dry. We enjoyed our experience and will back again in the future.

Very nice restaurant for our date night. It was our first time there and we will be going back.
