I placed a DoorDash order at 8:30 and immediately got that they confirmed my order. 30 minutes later my DoorDash driver has been waiting they tell him they don’t have an order and I send him a picture of the confirmation. He then asked if I could call them because the employees would not even talk to him. I then called and got a busy tone. The driver said he could hear the phone ringing and could see the employees standing not answering the phone. I ended up canceling my order and the driver wasted time he could have been making money.

Went out of my way to go to Firehouse subs only to be told she can only take debit cards and the person who had the cash drawer was on break. How unprofessional.

The hygiene of the place and the staff leaves much to be desired; everything is dirty—the tables, the windows, even the counter. In short, the place is very dirty as far as you can see; now imagine what it's like behind the scenes.

Idk her name but she’s usually a cashier and sandwich maker. She’s always super nice and made sure our table was clean for us after a big rush they had w a tennis team.

Not a lot of parking here but it’s worth the stop. One of the better quick service sub shops around. Their hot subs are worth the wait. The flavor is fresher than Jared’s old stomping grounds. The service here is amazing as well. Check them out. If you’re reading this then you must not have had their food yet. Go try it, I can’t tell you how good this is.

I’m giving this store 1 star because I have to select one to leave a review. However, I’ve been a Firehouse Sub customer for a while, but this location is different. All the employees including the so called General manager are rude, and very unprofessional. The management belittle and curse at staff…in front of customers! The store is dirty with sticky floors. It appears there have been several complaints regarding management and the service and everyone is getting the same automated response, so I know this will not go anywhere. AVOID THIS STORE they do not appreciate your money. Hopefully the owner will do some restructuring. This store is an embarrassment. Oh they have roaches and mice- I have a video of the cock roach but you can’t add that to the review so here is a still photo.

Rudest employees I’ve ever seen at a firehouse. No hello when you walk in, cashier was rude taking the order. Almost like she hates her life or doesn’t want to be there. I hope the owners see this. I came in on 12/15 at 1 PM.
