This was our second visit to this location in a 3 week span and the difference in service was night and day. This recent visit was not the greatest due to temperature and quality of the food and the server. The food: Soft scramble egg request produced over cooked eggs and a waffle not warm enough for the butter to melt. Why didn't I send it back? Because of the time it took for the food to come out the first time, which was odd considering they had only been open for 30ish minutes.
The server Personality was dry as my husband's toast. Asked for recommendation for the best omelet and the response was the one people order the most is... One the food was served, the server never returned to "our table" not one time even at the conclusion of our meal. We had to get the attention of another server to request our server for the check.
The atmosphere It must be a tactic for people not to linger long after their meal because it is always FREEZING I side, the A/C has to be on max blast.
Needless to say, that's the last time patronizing the chain.
Me & my beautiful wife went here 4 the 1st time 2day 4 breakfast my sister in lawer & her boyfriend told me & about this place & they was rite the food was good & the service was great they was friendly & very professional me & wife definitely will be coming here again soon!💪💯

The food is amazing, staff is polite and friendly and I'll definitely be back. This restaurant is very busy which is a good thing and a testament to the quality of their food, however it is a little noisy for conversation. 4.5 stars! 🤩
