I ordered fried rice. Very disappointed. The onions was not even cooked. It was like eating a raw onion. They don’t put any other vegetables in the fried rice unless you specify that’s what you want. I thought all fried rice was cooked with an egg in it and a couple peas and a couple carrots and some onions but I guess this is not the way they do it they don’t put an egg in any of their fried rice, I just can’t eat raw onions, so I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed I called him up they really could care less.

Good consistency at a good price - some restaurants skip on vegetables or meat - not here

Rice was barely cooked and not flavorful at all.

Yuck. Rice was fried in rancid grease. Wings were also visibly old. Over priced. Racist demeanor with micro aggressions to boot. I was disgusted by the food and disappointed by the service. Got 4 meals in haste here, guess I made a fool of all of us because no one enjoyed their meal. Don’t waste time or money here.

First let me say that they are always so pleasant when they answer the phone and take your order. I appreciate that and will continue to give them my business because of it. The food is average for an American Chinese restaurant. I always get the Crabmeat Rangoon and wonton soup...or pork lo mein. All of the above are consistently good. If you get any of the fried "chicken" menu items, it's going to be dry and questionable meat. I would suggest opting for pork or shrimp. Items. Overall, a solid choice close to home.

I ordered chicken with peapods and it had mushrooms, which were not on the menu.I also ordered chicken fried rice with extra veggies and no mushrooms.I said I don't like mushrooms. So when I called back and asked if they would credit my card, he didn't know how.Sadly neither dish will I eat...not the great flavors. My wife's meal was fine! They seem to work hard and they care, just not for me.And they should know how to credit if they know how to take a card

Called more than 5 times more than 20 minutes before close was hung up on all 5 times. Just bout Chinese from bamboo house, enjoy not getting my large order. Poor customer service.

This business needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The lady that works for cash register. She is literally rude. I have lived in this area majority of my life and every time I have been in there to get food she has been a complete A- hole to me. It’s so mean things that I can say about this place. But tonight was the last night I would ever buy from them ever again. I spend a nice amount of money. Every time I come in to their restaurant and she is just completely rude on top of the fact that I was shorting something on my order.

The hot and sour was awful. The general tsos was good but not crunchy enough. Would love to hear from owners since I eat a lot of Chinese

Our food was delicious and both our entrees had healthy portions of meat and vegetables. Very good value for the money.

We picked up General so Chicken, won tons and fried rice. Plenty of food for the two of us plus leftovers for tomorrow. The Chinese food was top notch, warm and fresh we will be back!
