I pick up here all the time as a DoorDash or and they treat me just like any other customer. It is very surprising because a lot of stores will treat us like garbage. We are patrons as well but today Kaitlyn went above and beyond. I absolutely love her and appreciate everything she does.

The day before the election people of all sorts, from all backgrounds waited for burgers, salads and fries. I sat in my wheelchair talking to a patron I met seconds ago. He murmured about the price of the milkshakes and said he's NOT paying it. However, by the three minutes it took to get to the front of the line he ordered a chocolate shake with extra chocolate and whipped cream and I would order a strawberry milkshake, which I had not planned on having. LOL
Thank you very much for the fun and giggles with whomever that was behind the baseball cap with the salt and pepper hair. You are correct. The milkshakes are incredible. They're expensive but worth it. Ya darn salesman! I only came for fries 🤭.

I placed an order to pick up at the restaurant but at the last minute I decided to eat there, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the place is very clean, clean bathrooms, and the burgers are delicious, I never finish the fries, a large order is enough for my entire family ? It's not the first time I eat at five Guys but I almost always order takeout.
