This is the second delivery order where they've forgotten at least one item. Can't call the store because no one picks up, can get money back because uber isn't responsible. Really poor turn from this store

We love 5 guys. This wasn't our favorite visit. The food wasn't as flavorful but still very good. The ketchup was out but they promptly fixed it. The bathrooms smelled heavily of bleach to the point where my nose burned. At least they were clean but it was unnecessarily strong.

I love the burgers but $10.00 a burger no fries, no drink, that's separate. 2 people eating is almost 30 dollars, I still didn't get a drink. The fries, we got 1 and split it. I probably won't go back but it's due to pricing and they don't have meals.
The staff was so awesome. Their system was down and they were literally ringing up orders by hand with a pen and paper. They were getting slammed too! They still managed and gave super customer service.

Great burgers, great fries and great service. The staff were helpful and friendly. I got a double burger and it was really good. The burger was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. And the grilled jalapenos made it even better with a nice little spice to it. And the fries are always perfectly cooked and seasoned well.
The value for money is too low to eat this burger at this price. There were 2 junior cheeseburgers, 2 drinks, and 1 fry. It costs close to 50,000 won in Korean currency.

Ordered the food from their mobile app and it came out exactly how it was ordered. The food was ready and hot when I arrived to pick it up so they were quick about it. If you wanna dine in they have a decent set up so you can and it’s always clean the times I’ve gone. The food is delicious!
