They also don’t get the orders out in the order they came in. I waited nearly an hour and people who ordered 20 minutes after I walked in got their food ahead of me. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

They shut down retail orders to handle a large catering order. 30 minutes later I get my food and the patties are almost burnt. The attitude of the staff during all of this was unacceptable.

They closed their shake machine down at 9pm AND WHYYYYY when they don’t closed until 10pm . they are not customer focused. They just ready to go home

They make sure the food they take to the back to eat is made right but they don’t care about when they jack up the customers orders. They wanna argue with you and say they go off your ticket but still make your food wrong whether it’s on a ticket or not and then using excuse saying that you trying to get free food it wouldn’t be free if y’all made it right the first time. Not to mention my husband waited nearly 45 mins for 2burgers and one frie and a shake that they made and left sitting even before the food was served !! We will never be returning to the location on 82nd Street
