Came here this night at 8:25 and as I’m ordering burgers for my family the cashier girl attending us had no patience with us whatsoever , making us hurry up and not allowing us to finish ordering please do better if this job is not for you please consider working elsewhere .

I was really looking forward to a 5 guys burger and was extremely disappointed. Their English was worse than my Spanish. The burger was mediocre and the store could use some new management!

I just want to say how much I love the people here. It is a really hot day, and a homeless man walked in, he was having trouble even getting in the door. Holding on to it for a while to get strength to move. He was talk8ng to a lady at the counter, and she came out from the back, and helped in to a chair, then brought him out water. As she was walking away, I approached to offer to buy him a meal. She said no, she has already got it for him. Apparently, he does come by when it is bad, and she makes sure he doesnt go hungry.
I do not know if this is the company policy, the manager policy, or just the worker doing it, but it made my day. I am more use to people being forced to leave, but she treated him with dignity, and helped where she could. I am very much goinng to nake this a more common return outing, if only to support people who treat people well, no matter what is wrong with them.

We were greeted when we walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The good was hot and fresh. I wish they had a veggie burger so I could see what all of the hype is about. But I did eat some fries and they were yummy.

Don’t know what happened bought on uber eats an the burger was wet bread wasn’t grilled enough burger was fried well enough no seasoning on burger at all Wasn’t delicious like it once was Use to be my favorite burger
