Our first visit months ago was good, went back recently and not sure if staff was inexperienced or overworked but rarely came by table, longer wait for food and waited for bill at least 15 minutes after we were done. Restaurant was busier, about half filled, on a Sunday morning. Still the best, fluffiest pancakes around, though.

I would give more stars but I'm only allowed five. There are a lot of choices for food with pancakes being the main attraction. But there are plenty of good options for those who are diet conscious with entrees like oatmeal and fresh fruit. The portions are quite large, so bring an appetite to match.

I usually go to the one on South Madison and Thompson. I went here with some coworkers. They ordered breakfast items. All their food is good. I got the southwest burger this time. The server came by frequently to refill their coffee, but never got a refill of my ice tea. Coleslaw is different than other place.
