Nothing special. Had a patty melt. Burger was dry and not that warm. Fries were good. Waitress was excellent. It was trivia night so whoever controlled the volume made sure having a conversation was impossible.

Very casual dining place,I loved it. Had lunch with a friend, quick service, food was great, we sat and chatted for 3 hrs without feeling rushed or obligated to pay the bill and leave. It's definitely a place to come back to. I saw they had nightly activities, like trivia night, fun place.

Had French onion and chicken velvet soup today, and the French onion had hardly any flavor tasted like lipton soup mix straight out the box.
Nice clean place we eat here often

As my wife and I came in for the first time and was eating lunch we talked about the food and the service and said we would come back but when we received our check we noticed a service charge the waitress said it was if we used a credit card. We don't play that game but once we will not be returning. The charge was not much $1.06 but apparently the owner thanks they will go out of business if they don't get the $1.06 from the looks of the prices that service charge was well covered. We also chose to come and have lunch because of the prices but the prices on your website on average are $2.00 cheaper than now.

Food was ok, carry out order was mostly the right order. I'm guessing someone else got part of our order, and we got theirs. We'll give them another try sometime in the future. Service was slow at the bar.

Not sure why Value is not an option to rate. Lunch for $38 for food/water only at a dive bar has gotten out of control. Only reason this is not a 1 star is due to the wait staff.
As I said value, I would pay $38 for lunch, but then I expect $38 in value. Save your money or go to different place if you want value, such as a $13 BRU burger versus a $15 Flashbacks.
I have come to this bar for a long time, my favorite by far has been the Diablo Chicken sandwich, breaded or grilled. Tolerated the price increases, get it but this most recent was rough. The diablo is not on the menu anymore, but she said I could still order it, which was great. Well then south from there, the sandwich came out like a tenderloin, beat to smithereens so bad it looked like a freesbie and since there wasn't any thickness to the meat fried like one too. No clue why they changed the way its prepared. Then the other person I was with ordered a burger for $15, which tasted like a $5 burger. Would guess its a frozen patty from Restaurant Depot or GFS. Back to value, used to get a decent amount of fries, it like they are on a ration now.

Saw great reviews on this place. Ordered 2 tenderloins to go. The bartender was helpful and friendly. Sandwiches didn't disappoint, and fries and homemade chips were great. Service was fast and will return.

Two Words: Trivia Night ! We have the best time on Wednesday evenings for Trivia Night ! We usually get an appetizer, the wing special and some tasty beverages and have a GREAT time ! I highly recommend the food, drinks, and fun atmosphere at Flashbacks. The servers are so attentive and extremely good, even on a busy night. This is a true neighborhood bar and grill and we are so lucky to have it !

It saddens me to see how quickly this place is going downhill after I've spent so many years of my life eating here and loving it every time. We ordered online and did take-out, and our order included two Chicken Supremes, which is what I get every time. In the past, they've almost always asked if I wanted it grilled or breaded, and if they didn't, it came breaded by default. Not only were we given two grilled instead of breaded, but they also straight-up forgot the top half of the bun on BOTH sandwiches. That's something I would expect from a poorly-run fast food place, not a locally-owned restaurant with food as expensive as Flashback's is.

A family member of mine also pointed out that, for some reason, they charge you different prices for the same side depending on what you order as your entree. You're required to pick a side when ordering online, and for some reason, our sides (w/ the Chicken Supreme) were $3.99, but the exact same sides were only $1.99 when paired with a Cheeseburger instead. The sides were identical, even including the portion size. In my eyes, there is no reason for this to be the case. It feels like a scummy, under-the-radar attempt to make some items seem cheaper than they really are, and it's pathetic and unacceptable.

I hate that I feel like I'm put in a place where I'm not allowed to love Flashback's anymore, because I simply cannot justify it at this point. They've gone from great, to struggling, to straight-up unacceptable, ESPECIALLY with the prices they charge. I'm aware that the global pandemic had a huge negative impact on the restaurant, and my family and I were very understanding as they were seriously struggling when they reopened after all that, but the fact that it seems like it hasn't gotten much better since then is kind of ridiculous.

I've recommended Flashbacks many times to friends and family in the past, and unfortunately, I will not be doing that anymore for the foreseeable future...but I hope that they will be able to get their act together soon so that can start visiting again and change my review score. Until then, I definitely won't be eating there anymore, at least not anytime soon.

First time and will not be the last staff in a word was awesome. Bartender was great. Food and drinks very good and serving sizes were large and very good. Fried tenderloin could have been hotter but was very good. We loved the atmosphere.
