I love this place. I lost 75+ lbs eating here in 8 months. It proves you can eat what you want with small adjustments. My family and I have been big on supporting and eating here for these months. One request, Please bring back Alfredo meatballs!!
Hands down the best food delivery/pre-packaged meals out there! They offer a great variety with hefty portions. And the best part is that they always taste fresh and nutritious. The quality is outstanding and they are not packed with fillers or loads of sodium. I've never been a fan of pre-packaged meals because the quality is always lacking, but Flex Nutrition definitely exceeds expectations. Highly recommend!
The meals were delivered on schedule and stored easily in the fridge. Heating them up was quick, and the portions felt consistent from one container to the next. It’s a simple setup that makes eating during a busy week more manageable.
