Flying Cupcake is the best around! Love the cupcakes and the iced sugar cookies are the BOMB!!!! Always love going into the store, because it's cute and quirky and you can find some unique gifts to add! Employees are always kind and prompt to offer advice of their faves!

.today I learned of the " NO CANCELLATION " policy Customers should be told of this policy prior to placing an order. I placed an order over the phone. 4 hours later I attempted to cancel the order I was told"it is on your receipt No Cancellations, " So after my purchase, the receipt told me of the policy. I do not know of any other bakery in town that refuses cancellations.

I got 2 dozen cupcakes and they are so dense and just not good. For the price I was expecting a delicious cupcake and I was extremely disappointed. Walmart makes better cupcakes!

Super disappointed with the lack of customer service and ownership. I ordered a cake off their website (2 weeks ahead of the potential scheduled pickup) by mistake. I explained it was an error. I sent this email the SAME DAY the order was placed asking to cancel/refund the order. The owner, Kate emailed back stating there are no refunds/cancellations for any reason! BE WARNED it is NOT CLEAR to customers that this is FINAL sale when placing the order. Terrible ownership and lack of care for the customer! So turned off by ownership they can keep the cake and apparently my money!

The cupcakes here are delicious. However, the inconsistent hours make it very inconvenient. I frequent flying cupcake, it's just a mile or so away from my home. Unfortunately, in the last 3 months, I've attempted to go there on four separate occasions during normal business hours and they are unexpectedly closed. Today, around 4pm, I went and closed yet again. Sadly, this will be my last time trying to guess when the shop decides to open. One or two occasions of this, I'd understand. But four separate occasions in just a few months isn't best for their business.In addition, there have been a few times when they are open that the smell inside the shop is unbearable. It smelled like sewage. It was awkward the employee didn't acknowledge the smell. I loved the cupcakes, so I still ordered, but maybe something is going on with this location and it's best to avoid.Today I went to Smallcakes to get my sugar fix. They're always open and amazing customer service!

Place is trash. Ownership is horrible. Threw away my product. Claims she couldn't hold the cupcakes due to Board of Health violations. Then she says she could have "set them outside on the ground" had I called and said I would be late. Not sure the Board would approve of this either. (Will have the Board of Health investigate this as well) Claims I was a male and "hated women" and when I told her I would just give her an honest review she said "what to my 25 followers". She then claims she called the Carmel police department because I was threatening her. Very rude. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. She said please write the review and she would respond so this could be good. Looking forward to reading it! I wish I had a way to post her call online. Stay away from this horrible place. Will file a complaint with the BBB as well. Shame on you Flying Cup cake. PLEASE BRING BACK Gigi's. Kate ("owner") is very unprofessional and a downright liar!

The cupcake ambiance was adorable from all the little touches of a cupcake table, bagged frosting decoration, hanged candy floss aka cotton candy decorations, the ice cream cone light decoration. For the cupcakes our dogs loved their dog cupcakes, I loved the Red Velvet Elvis cupcake, and my wife and I were both disappointed with the Fluffernutter cupcake as we did not expect it to be stuffed with the same white frosting on top (which = a frosting overload when we wanted a cupcake not just frosting).

The flying cupcake saved my wedding day! I had a bad experience with another cake vendor that totally got the wedding cake wrong, so on the fly (pun intended) we got a simple cake from the flying cupcake and it was great! That vanilla is probably the best I've ever had!

Super excited to have my friend try their gf options!! (I've not had the gf options but the others have always been yummy)

We had left the Indiana State Fairgrounds after attending the Artisan Marketplace. We had not planned to come here but after driving by, we decided we wanted something sweet to eat. We turned around and went in. The shoppe is set up very cute with even a cupcake shaped booth. They had all kinds of cupcakes, small ones as well as giant ones. My granddaughter got the Oatmeal Whooped Cupcake, she had the Blushing Bride which was white cake with an almond buttercream icing. I had the Boston Cream Pie cupcake. I liked that there was Bavarian Cream inside as well as on top. They have bottled drinks, cookies and cakes available. There is a sign that they do custom cakes as well. Our cupcakes were fresh, moist and hit the spot.
