This food truck will be hard to find as we just happened to notice a tiny sign on the corner one afternoon. They're only open I believe about 3 days out the week and for a few hours.We decided to stop through one day and it was good! Service was quick and they give you a device that vibrates when your food is ready. That was definitely something different from any food truck that I've ever been to.I ordered 3 chicken tacos and elotes. The chicken had pretty decent flavor and came out nice and hot! Same with the corn; which was a pretty decent size cup. Everything packaged neatly so we didn't have to worry about anything spilling which was nice.If you're down in the brookside area keep your eyes out for the sign and stop in!

Catch them when you can! They're started parking at Washington & Southeastern Wednesdays and Fridays. A group of coworkers and I decided to check it out and it's a cant miss. Three of us got pastor nachos and one got a chicken quesadilla - all were fantastic! Team who took our order was super sweet and helpful. Happy to explain any menu item and listed all the toppings to ensure you were fine with them. Hoping they keep this as a regular spot, I'll be back'
