Poor customer service
Incorrect order

Good has gone down in quality, wait time while store is empty is still 15-20 minutes, it’s unfortunate this staff use to be good before same with the food :/

Horrible experience, won't be returning. The entire wait staff acted like they didn't want to be there, actively complaining behind the counter and in the kitchen loud enough for customers to hear. Food was awful, my son had GI issues after eating and our entire family pitched our custard orders before finishing them.

Steak n shake rebirth

My recent experience at Freddy's was extremely disappointing. I placed a carry-out order, and when I got home, I discovered my chicken sandwich had no meat on it — just the bun and toppings. My wife and I were highly upset and had to drive 10 minutes back to the restaurant to get the full meal we had already paid over $10 for.

Since we were already there, we decided to eat at the restaurant — but the conditions made that even more frustrating. The trash bin was overflowing, and every table was dirty. It was clear that cleanliness and upkeep were not being prioritized.

For the price Freddy’s charges, we expected much better service and a clean dining environment. We hope this location can get back to the standards it used to have.

Okay, I'm new here, the food was pretty good! but I have a few things that made it unpleasant.

for one, the staff? horrible additudes.. eveyones every unhappy? I can't even fake it for a second. When I went, it was pretty slow, so I wonder what made everyone so upset.

The food was good, nothing tatsed bad or out of place for my first time.
It was kinda of dirty, but a staff member started cleaning before it got busy, so at least their ontop of cleanliness is just wish he used cleaning solution instead of using the same rag just to whip down tables and leaving it like that.

It seems like a better stake and shake thats sticks in the 50s to 60s era and i kinda like it.

Good food, even better frozen custard.

Very good burger

First time at Freddie's and I'm hooked. A Prime Rib Steak Burger?! Ok, for real, the top of my list of burgers ever.

This location used to be so clean, the staff was nice, cheerful and appeared clean and neat. The food was well prepared, correct, hot and fresh.
We just left this location and it will be our last time dining here. The dining area was filthy. The staff had long hair flowing freely even with a visor on that much hair should not be allowed to flow uncontained in a kitchen area of a restaurant, ripped jeans, 4-5 staff members standing around on their phones. One staff member was standing in the dining area eating custard, two members of the staff were standing around fidgeting with their nose piercing then touching surrounding surfaces.
The fries def had the taste of being warmed back up in old grease. I’d suggest a deep clean and a discussion with the staff on hygiene and how they appear to the customer. Our order taker was nice, polite and smiled though so that was a plus.

Takes an hour to get your food in the drive thru , came last week and waited an hour for my food as well , yall arnt even that busy and it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a burger

Passing Through Town:
I’ve had little regrets in life, this is one of them. Overall cleanliness was 98%. It reminded me of a glorified Steak ‘N Shake restaurant, including the menus were very similar.

Food was not memorable. I had the double burger with cheese fries, and my wife had the California burger with regular fries, and a shake. Her bottom bun was cold, and her shake wasn’t drinkable with a straw. Had to get a spoon to dig into it.. My burger just left an overall bad taste in my mouth. I felt a bit nauseous towards the end. Since I had no intent on a review, this is why our photo is already halfway in. We actually went to another place just to get the taste and experience out of our taste buds and minds.

End result. To avoid being doubly disappointed, I will avoid Freddy’s a second time.
