Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The fry & hamburger I had tasted great & came fast & Sam & Austin were very kind & helpful ! The snow I thinks keeps a lot of people home so now is the best time to come in & even though there was only a couple of customers they didn't have the food already prepared, they made it fresh ! Thank you Sam & Austin & everyone else who made my day a little brighter with your smiles & trouble free experience !
Also this location is right of the county line road exit on the Indy side back by the Hilton hotel 🤔 I might come back for ice cream later

Took my Veterans free card back that I got on veterans day to get my free lunch. They said the card expired yesterday! One day and they couldn't honor the card even though I was going to buy lunch for my wife too! Not a good look for you there Freddys! I don't suppose I will go back again since they hste us veterans so much.

Staff were friendly but burgers tasted odd (old used grease?) fries were not good tasting either so we didn't bother getting custard.
Dining area could use a good clean. Our first time trying Freddy's.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They have continuously messed up our orders TREMENDOUSLY EVERY-TIME. They never complete the ordered correctly, large frie filled half way, they did not give us our whole order TWICE NOW

Guy running the drive thru was pretty rude for no reason. Along with that they admitted they don’t check to make sure the right doordash order is being taken. Had the guy I spoke to at the drive-thru/counter not been so rude I would’ve just over looked it because mistakes do happen, but he was pretty pressed about something else apparently.

Fredy’s Frozen Custard has quickly become a family favorite! The fries and shakes are outstanding — perfectly crispy fries and shakes that are rich, creamy, and consistently delicious every time we visit. My family especially enjoys the hamburgers and chicken, which are always cooked just right and full of flavor. What I appreciate most is the consistency: my opinion of the fries and shakes hasn’t changed since our very first visit, and that says a lot about their quality.

Take something to clean your table

30 min in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. Our order was wrong when we got it and we were shorted on food. This place is poorly managed and a dump. Go somewhere else…you are welcome!

I work close by. Went to this location to grab a burger to go. Several cars in the drive thru lane. Inside, 8 people in front of me. Only 1 person working at the counter. Service was VERY SLOW. The person working at the counter was making a shake. Then the next customer must have had door dash or some type of service like that. They spent considerable time trying to find the order for the door dash person. I had to leave as it was taking WAY too long to get service. And I had to get back to work. I will NOT be going back to this location.
