Cute little spot. I had a Saturday brunch reservation and had no issues with being seated promptly or the service while here. I tried the gateau pancake which was very good but a little too sweet even for someone with a big sweet tooth. The lemon curd and fruit together though is delightful. I would definitely go back to try other menu items.

The croissant waffle with berry compote was divine. The hash tasted great, despite looking sort of salad-like.Reservations are encouraged on the weekend, but it seems they no longer offer the online waitlist option. Fortunately, they found room for us on a busy day! The staff was quite friendly.

Had such a good experience here this morning. Staff was super friendly. Even though we were the only people in the restaurant at the time we were warmly welcomed. The food was outstanding. Our waiter (who may or may not be the owner/manger) was extremely hospitable and did more than just check up on us every once in awhile. Gave incredible suggestions but not pushy. They are very passionate about what they do! Would highly recommend.

Lovely decor. Interesting menu, some items our group ordered were great, others not as great. Infused salted Carmel latte was so good. Parking situation is terrible. Parking lot across the street is dedicated to the Harrison Center. Staff was pleasant, but order taking, and service was strangley disjointed.

Well...l had a really bad experience at Gallery on College but some friends invited us so we thought we would give Gallery on 16th a try. Bad choice. We had a reservation for 1p and they seated us quickly. Waiter was charming, he took our order.....a full hour later, no food. We asked our waiter to look into it and turns out they had no salmon ( 3 of the 4 of us had ordered salmon). Changed our order, they brought us some croissants and 45 minutes later we still didn't get our order. Multiple other parties came in and were served. We left after wasting almost 2 hours and never got our food. Terrible management, we will not be coming back and we will definitely not recommend any of the Gallery locations

Amazing food, terrible service. I had a large private family dinner here and the event coordinator was very unorganized ahead of time, and the wait staff seemed very spacey during our dinner.I mentioned twice in email leading up to the event that we had food allergies among our group and would need those to be noted on our menu. They were not, which lead to a near emergency.Included in the meal price for each person was a choice of 3 complimentary beverages: iced tea, hot tea, or coffee. None of the wait-staff asked for drink orders, so we had to flag someone down to ask for a drink, and then after about 6 people were served iced tea, a couple others tried to order iced tea and were told the restaurant was out of iced tea!The food was fabulous, but the portion sizes for the appetizers and desserts were disappointing. These were served family style and there were only enough croissants for each person to have half of one. The dessert boards included beautiful pastries, each cut into roughly 1"x2" squares. Again, only enough for each person to have 1, maybe 2. The only thing in abundance was the appetizer salad. Combined with the main entrees, it wasn't a slim amount of food overall, but for $50/person, it felt like there really should have been more (considering it would have been much cheaper to order everything ala carte!)The food was so good, that if this were just a normal meal, I could probably overlook the poor service, but since this was a special event, it was upsetting to me.Vegetarian options: Fried polenta with mushrooms, seasoned with Parmesan

Trying to plan an event here is not possible, kept emailing and calling and the event planner eventually emailed us back saying she can call tomorrow or call the next day and she never did and we kept emailing her back with no replies and it's been about 2 weeks of trying to email and call the business with no help. The customer service of this place is absolutely terrible and do not recommend planning an event here as the event organizer doesn't care to do her job

Had a 4 person reservation for Sunday at 2, arrived on time and was seated after a short 5 minute wait. Server took our drink orders and we placed an order for the shareable brussel sprouts. Thirty minutes later the cook in the kitchen lifts a brown bag and yells 86 fries! Well, 2 in our party had ordered fries so we were waiting for the server to return to tell us that they were in fact out and give us the option to change/modify the order, this never happend. Instead, we waited another 15 minutes with empty glasses and no brussel sprouts and watched as two women entered the restaurant and seated themselves at the bar, and within 20 minutes recieve food which included fries. Naturally, we thought, great! they got some more and our food should be up soon. It's now been over an hour, so we flag down our server to order more drinks and she doesn't mention the fries, brussel sprouts, or anything really. After another 20 minutes, we receive our food. No fries. No brussel sprouts. Then I realize I am also missing the cherry bacon I ordered. She apologizes for the french fries and states they just ran out (which we clearly know happend an hour ago). The omlette was good, the club sandwiches were not. The bread wasn't toasted, the chicken wasn't seasoned. The chicken and waffles tasted great, but the waffles were cold. After making her apologies about the wait, we let her know that we would be ordering coffee after our meal, she responds with "ok great". After eating rather quickly (10 minutes), we flag her down again and start to order coffee, she stops us and tells us there is no coffee and they are done making any. I ask for a togo box and an itemized bill. I had her remove the fries, the bacon and the brussel sprouts which were all on the bill. She then states she's gonna take 20% off for the trouble, which she does. All in all, I paid over 120 dollars for one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant, and now looking at others reviews, I see this has been an ongoing problem for awhile.

I gave a 3 overall because the food was so delicious (at least for those in our party who received their food). We were seated, drink orders and appetizers ordered. It was 45 minutes before our waitress came back to take our food order. The wait for the food was acceptable, except 2 of the 7 in our party never received their food. They ended up asking for their money back because no old came to see if everything was okay. Then something was wrong with their POS and they couldn’t run our cards. Some of our party pooled their cash together to pay and some of us waited for a hand held device to pay. This was a birthday celebration that was a bit of a letdown.

My family ate Sunday Brunch here recently. First off let me say the food is amazing. I can's stop talking about the waffles. We also really enjoyed the Brunch Frites. The staff was very friendly and took great care of us. Our food took longer that normal, but we were given a free croissant to go which is very good. I recommend trying Gallery on 16th if you want to have a great brunch.

What a disappointment. We had 12:30pm reservations. Arrived on time and had to wait an extra 20 minutes to be sat as the hostess informed us the other guests had their check but were still at the table. They finally asked the other guests to move and we were seated. They provided free coffee since our reservation was not on time. When seated we put in an order brulée trillium w/o nuts as we had a sever nut allergy. Also asked for a coffee top off as our coffee was gone, and we never received it. I had to ask the hostess for more coffee and she also checked on our order, said it would be out soon. The brulée trillium never made it to our table because apparently the waiter didn't write "NO NUTS" big enough on the order ticket. We decided to leave as someone in our party had diabetes and their sugar was low. It was a 50 minute total wait time and we tried to be patient and understanding, but did not receive anything we ordered. Waiters/staff were hustling tables for a baby shower or something. It seemed to be as we only had 2 in our party we were very much overlooked from start to finish.Dietary restrictions: They did not pay attention to the nut allergy we informed them of. This is a severe and common allergy.
