Gatsby's Pub & Grill

Worst service I have ever experienced in any restaurant. There are 4 servers yet none of them can take an order. We have been sitting here for an hour and ALL of them have rudely said to give them a minute yet none of them can take an order for our table or the one next to take ours. We finally managed to get the nice bartender to place the order for us and still none of ANY of the servers or the other staff ever checked on us. We would gladly go somewhere else, but unfortunately, we are a captive audience due to the race weekend. Very poor planning and staffing!!

Terrible service. Rude servers. Waited 45 mins with no order taken. When starting to question what was happening, server started swearing. Manager didn’t seem to care.

This is a great neighborhood bar. Try the fried chicken special, it’s a great deal and delicious. Love this bar!

Our go to lunch spot. Such a great atmosphere, wonderful owner and staff, great service, good food and amazing drinks!

Very chill and laid back spot. Went the last 2 nights since it was open late and we were staying in the area. Food is served until 10:30 but pizza until 11. Had the carnivore pizza. Good flavor but did feel it was a $1-2 more than what you'd pay elsewhere. Good drink specials. Seems to be an older crowd spot that enjoys bingo and trivia.

Nice little restaurant. The service was great. I had a BLT, and there must have been a half pound of bacon on it. It was great!

The MTV soundtrack drove me out the door. I mentioned to the bartender that perhaps the avg age at the bar might prefer something ... anything else. No change

Made my own pizza and it was delicious. The wine was ok, but not the best. Service was good and seemed like a friendly place.

the mediocrity of their food is only surpassed by the mediocrity of their service, unless you are a regular it would appear.

as a former middle child, i’m used to being overlooked to the point of beginning to question your own existence. “is this a dream?” you ask yourself.

the chicken wrap was quite bland. the fries were way too salty, which i would normally counteract with dubious amounts of catsup, however i was never offered any catsup and nobody stopped to ask if i needed anything else or how everything was at any point after my food was dropped off.

i had to give the gentleman next to me, who was eating wings, a set of silverware because they were also ignoring him too and he didn’t have any napkins.

would not recommend.

side note:
it’s not their fault, but the trivia host was so annoying. music so loud the speaker kept cutting out. worst voice and presentation i’ve ever seen. and didn’t know how to say words like ‘absinthe’ and ‘auckland’. if you are going to be a trivia host maybe look ahead and make sure you know all the words.
