Always good eats. That churiqueso taco always hits. I've only ever got that, the Gil taco, steak or shimp tacos. I've gotten the horchata on occasion. Can't go wrong with the churiqueso though. Their other location serves the same good grub too.

The tacos and tamales are excellent and I absolutely love their salsa. Best I've found in indy thus far.

Decent food, the steak in the burrito was good, but there was confusion since I paid extra for what I thought was another entree but was just a kind of steak for the burrito. tacos were dry/bland and the queso is store bought generic unseasoned liquidy cheese sauce. And literally every salsa/sauce they have is SPICY. Even the sides you can help yourself to taste like freshly cut jalapenos. I like spice but this place is too much. Overall not sure if I'd come again but clean food and good people.

I got a torta and horchata. Both delicious and ready very fast.
The layout of the place is a bit odd though, and I imagine it'd be awkward at busy times since there isn't room at the ordering counter for more than just a few customers.
Dining area was fine, but quite cold. Made me want to eat quickly and leave. If you're coming in a group and want to chat through dinner, bring a jacket or coat.
No complaints about the food though, it was great.

Too bad service
Gil used to be amazing. I used to get 3 tacos to eat immediately, and 3 for later. Last 2 times, including tonight, I've eaten all 6 as they have skimmed the meat and cilantro/onions down. Just saying it's not worth the $26 I spent on 6 tacos. I will not return.
