Being from Chicago it was sad to come all this way to eat some food from home only to realize what garbage we got served. Our pizza had literally no sauce and working in the industry I know why this is. It was close to closing time and the cooks obviously didn’t want to re stock anything so what do they do? Skimp on ingredients just to get tickets out who gets screwed? Not the business they get paid, not the cook he gets paid. But the customers paying for this food don’t deserve this. We work hard for our money and we should get the quality and portions we deserve. Sauce your pizza if I wanted cheese bread I would just make it at home. Also this place is very dirty with literal cobwebs hanging from the walls. Halloween decorations?

I gave a star just to review. We were seated by a worker for 20 minutes or so and watched 2 workers walk towards our section, turn around, and leave. We watched 2 workers standing at the podium sitting on their phones ignoring us. Nobody even came to our table to introduce themselves or ask for drinks. Wouldn't you think that if the food itself is going to take 40 minutes to prepare, you might want to greet the table? It just seems unprofessional and avoidable in my opinion. I am beyond disappointed in my first impression of Giordano's

Great alcohol beverages food is awesome quiet place love the vibe here great menu selections food and drinks great place to take the family or a date night what I loved most is I wasn't sweating a lot of the restaurants downtown Indianapolis that I've been to are so hot inside I'm always sweating it was nice and cool with low chill volume music playing a great place to bring the kids and still be able to get a relaxing drink in a place to make the entire family happy

I love this place I typically get the itialian beef. Its a hard thing to get in the louisville area for whatever reason . Don't hesitate to give this spot a try you won't regret it

Came in on a quiet Thursday evening and had great and quick service from the team there. The Bruschetta was amazing! They have happy hour between 3-6pm Monday-Friday and a great selection of drinks!

Poor customer service. Real stupid ordering practice of not allowing topping to be replaced due to allergies. I’d understand if a person was trying to up swap for an higher tier ingredient but to simply ask for a veggie instead of a meat is ridiculous.
The salad and pizza had no flavor.
