Ordered carry out lunch just prior to 3pm. Picked up my house salad and deep dish personal sausage pizza about 25 minutes later and it was great. The personal pizza is of similar quality to the regular sizes and all that for a little over $12.

Disgusting! Tasted uncooked, like warm, and thirty minutes late. They closed for the evening but I am definitely requesting a refund tomorrow. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. The taste was very off and even the ceaser dressing for the salad tasted spoiled. Went to bed with no dinner :(

It's kind of a tight squeeze at this small Giordano's. While we knew there would be a 45 minute wait for our pizza to come out, we waited much longer for the pizza, it came to us in a to go box, and our server didn't dish out the first slice like they usually do. The first slices may seem silly to most, but that is one of my personal favorite parts of Giordano's dining in. We've been here several times for take out, and the food is always phenomenal, but this lacked the Giordano's charm I'm used to.

Our experience was very poor. Our waitress was not very friendly, seemed annoyed. The food tasted good, but after a couple of hours the three of us became sick. We travelled to Indianapolis for a Pacers game and almost did not make it to the stadium the next day after we ate at Giordano’s. We couldn’t sleep and spent the entire day in our hotel with severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. I am not sure if it was the food or the water, but it was a horrendous case of food poisoning. I would never come back.

The pizza was delicious and the mai tai drink I ordered went down really smooth. I went there on a completly empty stomach, so I was starving. It did take a bit for the food to come out, but it was oh so worth the wait.

My husband and I randomly decided to have Giordano’s for dinner yesterday.. we’re from Chicago so we’re no stranger to the pizzeria. Just for casual dinner and the service we received was impeccable. I never write reviews for restaurant- nevertheless a chain restaurant but the service we received truly was top tier. I never had an empty drink, i was checked on without feeling bugged or pestered. I forgot our servers name ( I’ve been calling her peach because she kept saying she was peachy keen) but her energy and spirit she brought made our day! We haven’t been here or ordered in 3 years but we will definitely be going back if that’s how good service really is!

Stopped in for lunch during a trip- the lunch special was great! A mini deep dish and fries. Tasted great but only wished the portion was a bit bigger. Service was great and the atmosphere was super cool… rustic and stylish. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a tasty bite in downtown Indy!

I am from Chicago, so deep dish pizza is always up for debate. Lou Malnati's is still my favorite, but if you aren't in Chicago, Giordano's is the real deal. Be prepared to wait for 45 minutes for your pizza to cook. It is worth the wait. Use mobile ordering to have your pizza ready when you want it.

Typical chain restaurant pizza and service. I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza which was perfect for me. It looked tiny but it was quite filling. I ate it around 2pm and didn’t need dinner that night!!
