Gip Got Tips made 4 out of five from me. I only got the rib tips & nothing else. First time out I always order the same - only the tips. These rib tips were stellar! Have never had thin sliced on the bias before. Had a distinct smoke ring enviable by any Q fiend. Tasted like a good dry rub and maybe a light mop sauce for good measure. This BBQ spot is amazing! The food was flavorful, tender, and clearly made with love. The service was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I really appreciate supporting a Black-owned business that takes so much pride in what they do. Everything—from the sides to the sauce—was on point. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!
