This location is called "Express" because its inside a gasoline station. This pizza is not the original like in the stand alone Godfathers restaurants back in the day. Its tastes "ok". I really miss the real original taste. I don't know if there's any more original stand alone Godfathers Pizza restaurants anywhere in America. At least not in IL, IN, KY, or TN according to the Godfathers website. Those are all inside gas stations. None in GA.****UPDATE...
Godfathers pizza at 30th and Mitthoefer is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME as well as the price and the service. They are so kind and professional. One of the reasons we go there is definitely the courteous service we receive. I know people are cruel, I have heard them. And they will still serve us with a smile. ??THANK YOU GODFATHERS PIZZA, YOU ROCK!!!!! 30th and Mitthoefer
This pizza is GOOD!!! Even my husband liked it and he's so picky smh. I'm from Gary and the food here is no match to metro Chicago land food. Godfathers can match them. Definitely going back. Not at night though. It's just a bit of a shady area.
