I've been there once before and tried going Sunday 5/6 with the family, one of the servers was surprisingly rude and gave off unwelcoming ick vibes. We went to Lick in the Garage instead for milkshakes. Will not be returning there again. Check your customer service skills because anything can be said in a kinder tone rather than yelling and being demanding towards customers. It's always about intention.

Today, May 1, 2024, was my third visit. I don't know what has happened since my last visit but I will definitely not be returning. I got the Red Velvet Love and it was horrible. The presentation was beautiful; I was thinking this is gonna be delicious. I was wrong. The ice cream had no flavor and was very thin and runny, nothing like a milkshake. The red velvet cake was very dry and dense with no flavor either. The whip cream looked very inviting but it also lacked flavor. This was my co workers first visit and they got the exact same thing and was mad at me for suggesting this ice cream store and wasting $14.09. We didn't finish our shakes and just decided to take an L. When walking to throw our shakes in the trash the group before us had also left their unfinished shakes on top of the trashcan. I don't know if there was a problem with the staff making the items, the quality of the products used, or something else. I hope things get better because warm weather means more ice cream.

Not the same at all. I loved this place before today. Found out they are under new management and will not be back until I hear otherwise. Used to be affordable for me and my kids now you better bring your money and the shake just wasn't the same. Too many chocolate chips but my kids enjoyed it and that's all that mattered.

Awesome looking milkshakes. Our milkshakes were good, but none of the people in our group enjoyed their whipped cream. The place is tiny, but there are plenty of places to stand and sit outside.

Unprofessional and unorganized. Was told a 30 minute wait which wasn't a big deal. Took a walk down the street since it's a Saturday night and the small business was packed. Upon return 20 minutes later was greeted with a snarky attitude about leaving but was never disclosed when told about a 30 minute wait. They made 1 of our shakes and not the other 2. Then wanted us to wait longer for them to make them. Was trying to not give us the refund for the 2 shakes. I'd give zero stars if I could due to the shake maker having an attitude with everybody. Hollering at customers trying to come in for having the door open.

Menu and pricing is not accurate. Got charged $13 for an $8 shake. Not only that but it’s not actually ice cream, it’s soft serve. $13 for soft serve. The service matched the experience. . . . .

Have been here before and sorry to say, but it seems the quality has drastically deteriorated. My favorite chocolatier.. burnt plastic like and rustic taste.. gave a benefit of the doubt after the first sip thinking may be its me.. but no.. it felt the same after a few.. and so had to have someone else try it to make sure.. and seemed they used stale brownie/cake .. I especially went out of the way to get it.. but was very disappointed ?..Also, it seems they they have fewer options than what they used to before... I'm not sure what gone wrong.. May be staff or management.. but it's a good location... and they had it so well before.. butni visited after a long gap.. so..O well, hopefully it was a one-time thing.. I may visit again later, but I am going to be very skeptical this time around...

Milkshakes look like they would taste good ,but no they are horrible at least the ones me and my friends got. We got the Oreo ,birthday cake, and red velvet they all tasted horrible and the red velvet one tasted like charcoal and metal and the other two tasted like metal or if something in their ice cream machine was broke. Not to mention when we walked in this was our first time coming here so we had questions. the cashier acted like she was irritated with our questions. Then when we asked for a refund she said “oh that’s a new one” when we informed her the shakes tasted like metal. I can’t see no one in the right mind that would have said the shakes we had tasted wonderful. I think not!

There were only about 10 people inside and as soon as we walked in the lady behind the counter yelled "we will be with you as soon as we can" and we waited about 30-40 minutes to order a milkshake and 20 more minutes to even receive it. They weren't even that busy so I'm not sure why it took so long to make a milkshake.

This place has gone so downhill. It’s so sad to see because their milkshakes are really good. Third time I’ve been there in six weeks and the ice cream machine is broken. Starting to sound like McDonald’s. You also can’t call them or find any updates on any social media.

Me alone with my husband decided to go get a milkshake 03/03/2024 around 5pm. The way we was greeted was so unexceptionable and uncalled for. The cashier greeted us with “CAN YOU CLOSE MY DOOR , I NEED TO KEEP MY MACHINES COLD !” As if I was trying to hold the door open just because. My husband alone with someone else was coming in behind me. Puzzled and confused on how me opening the door to come in is causing your machines (that Im sure runs all day and all night ) to defrost , I along with my husband just left out. If this is how you greet someone who’s supporting the establishment you work I would rather not spend my money here.
