My first visit to Greeters Ice Cream absolutely lived up to the buzz—this place is phenomenal. I originally stopped in to grab a few pints to take home but couldn’t resist getting a double scoop cone. I went with toffee and strawberry, and my daughter chose cotton candy.

The ice cream was incredibly fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. The strawberry had a delicious, real-fruit taste, and the toffee was rich and satisfying. My daughter was all smiles with her cotton candy scoop—it was a hit!

The customer service was excellent—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Greeters is definitely worth the hype, and I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer. Can’t wait to come back for more!

Their ice cream hit the spot on this very hot day. I had the peach, and my wife had the lemon sorbet and loved both!

The ice cream here is very good but for its price I feel like we should have received a better service. I walked in with my grandma and my daughter. We were indecisive but that’s normal for someone who’s not sure of what kind of ice cream they want and the entire time a worker named Ginna just kept side eyeing us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Even towards the end when I went back in to ask a question regarding my receipt for a charge I wasn’t sure about she looked at me with a disgust on her face as if I shouldn’t be there. I felt racially profiled a bit :/ . I don’t mind spending more for a better quality ice cream but I would like to be treated kindly especially if I haven’t given you a reason to treat/look me or my family that way.

Side note: the ice cream is honestly very good and most of the workers are kind it’s just pricey.

This was the first time we’ve been here as we are only in town for a few short days. Every single worker was so nice, and even sang happy birthday to me when they found out it was my bday! Such nice employees that make you feel so special. We will be back- thank you so much!!

Went there with family and friends, I had the banana split and shared with my husband and the kids got milk shake. We love the place and ice cream was delicious.

Just had the best-ever peanut butter shake made by a helpful young man named Will. He explained the different ways he could make a peanut butter shake and then made a recommendation based on my preferences. He used peanut butter chip ice cream with an extra scoop of peanut butter. It's so delicious!!!

Hands down, some of the best ice cream I can get my hands on! Sadly, management or whoever is not mandating their employees to wear gloves when handing you ice cream in the cones. A cup or bowl is one thing, but watching you handle scoops, etc., and then barehandedly hand me a coneful of ice cream has me feeling some type of way. With COVID-19 and the spreading of germs, I just believe in the need to be wearing gloves when handling food products.

Took my twin boys there for the first time they had ice cream and it was awesome plus the ice cream was Soo good and the staff was really helpful and nice! We found the new ice place for this summer.
