I had a good experience at Graeter's! The staff is friendly and efficient. The store itself is clean with plenty of seating. It was raining when I was there, but it looks like they also have great outdoor seating options as well. I think this could be a great hangout place or even a study spot. The ice cream itself is good, and I was impressed by the variety of flavors and options. I find that Grater's isn't my favorite ice cream--the texture can oftentimes leave much to be desired. However, I had the raspberry sorbet and it was delicious. My only other complaint would be the parking. The lot is a little small, but it is no issue if you park at the CVS behind the store.

The ice cream was very good. The indoor seating is a nice environment and relaxing. The staff is also very nice and handled the transaction and service well. I would recommend even on a rainy day. It is a great place to hangout off campus for students that is affordable and not very far. The only downside is the parking. The lot is very small with limited parking and hard to maneuver. Other than that I love it here :).

However, the workers are very nice and prepare the ice cream quickly. The shop also cute and has other candy and treat items to choose from. But overall, there's nothing Graeter's has, that another ice cream shop doesn't.

My service from Lee was Grade A , TOP OF THE LINE, and Crème of the crop. This is a dying breed of people in todays world. He answered all my questions and did not get frustrated or rush me into a decision like most people would have. At the end of the day, he won my business over and got the sale.#Promotion

This is my third time coming to Graeter's and it always exceeds my expectations. From the various flavors of ice cream, my favorites being cotton candy or birthday cake it's a great local ice cream parlor to suffice your dessert cravings. Graeter's is located five minutes away from two universities ( Butler University & Marian University) serving as a community dessert stamp. The quick service and inviting ambiance makes Graeter's a favorite of mine.

Great place in the Butler-Tarkington 56th & Illinois Street area of Meridian Kessler and just off the Butler University campus. Based in Cincinnati, the local franchise is as good as the Hyde Parke original. The ice cream is really high quality with lots of cream so smooth & tasty. The flavors always have the dependables, but also tend to feature seasonals, too! The Staff, while always friendly and efficient, tend to feature kids from the neighborhood or from Campus. And the setting is very local, with friends & neighbors wandering in from having just swum at the Riviera, or on the way back from some sporting event or night out. A fun place to be!

Love this place, easy parking off Illinois st and has delicious and affordable ice cream and milkshakes. Lots of indoor and some outdoor seating. Can be crowded at times but service is usually fast. It's on my way home from work and I went here almost daily when pregnant lol
