Great American Cookies

Overpriced, how do you charge $15 for 3 cookies and a Large Coke, no wonder why nobody shops at this mall because of businesses like this

Great American Cookies are our family's universal favorite birthday treat. We are so grateful there is now an Indianapolis location! We ordered 2 different cookie cakes for family birthday celebrations in October 2023, and both were done as ordered, on time, and were fresh & Delicious. One order was completed online without issue, and my husband even received a phonecall in advance to verify details. The other order was placed over the phone, as they had a website glitch going on at the time, and it was completed as ordered as well. Both individuals I interacted with were pleasant & friendly.The only con about this place is the $7 garage parking, & the inability to get in & out within 15min for free parking. That's not the fault of this business though, rather the mall/garage management needing to adjust that time range.Thank you for helping make 2 family birthday celebrations extra Sweet!

Went here before they were closing for the day and they were happy to help. Plenty of creative cookies and brownies, fudge, cakes, and ice cream. They have a pretty large menu with an array of desserts.

Faham and his team are amazing! I called wanting to place a large order for a corporate event (same day delivery) and Faham and his team made this happen! Very professional, polite, and the cookies were delicious. Thank you very much!

I had ordered a cake via UberEats. Some technical issues occurred on the app preventing the store from seeing my order details. The store staff made personal calls to me and the manager, Faham Younus, made efforts above and beyond call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction and have my cake made and delivered to my liking. I truly appreciate his help on my matter and recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious cookie cake.

This place was always great, It was Nestle Toll House(cafe by chip) before, Now they have changed to Great American Cookies they serve coffee,cookies,brownies,cookie cakes,icecreams, milk shakes and smoothies, The service here is really good and they serve great products in the Circle Center Mall, So this makes it my go to place for drinks, deserts and cookies.

This is not in Annapolis, MD. It is in Indianapolis, IN. Made this mistake today for my wife’s birthday.
