Located in the garage food hall this wine bar exists as a nice reprieve from the classic bar on the other end and all the cocktails/beers. This place has super comfortable bar seats and only offers flights, 6 or 9oz pours. Decent sized menu that has a variety of whites and reds with a few roses and sparkling options. A bit on the expensive side for the actual wine you get (my zinfandel came in at $16 for a 9oz pour that I know I can get the entire bottle at Total wine for $17) but to enjoy a glass at the bar or take a plastic glass for walking around this is a great option to have!

Little gem in the bottling plant. The bartender, I think his name was Shawn, was great and knowledgeable. He made some spot on recommendations.

THANK GOODNESS they added this to The Garage!! It's a total vibe of a spot and a must in your Bottleworks District adventures. They even added more to their menu! We had a nice wine tasting, the bartender was so genuine and welcoming, and they put together a delicious smoked charcuterie board. Will be visiting frequently.

My friend and I came here on a weekday afternoon, and were a bit displeased with our experience. The bartender took about 15 minutes to initially approach us (even though they weren't busy), and didn't seem very helpful in our interaction. We had several questions about some of the wine, and they didn't seem interested in explaining a lot and at times were even condescending. The Chianti we got was okay, albeit pretty expensive, but the service turned us off from the place.

I ended up going to Great Legs wine bar on wine Wednesday Feb. 22nd right after work started at 7pm. Great Legs wine bar inside of the Garage Food Hall in the back. I went to great legs for wine education class where I learned about some wines in France. The wine education class on the wines in France range from Brut Rosé, Pinto Blanc, and red wines. The class was taught by Michael Miller who is Indiana ONLY to be a level III Sommelier. There were about 18 in class, very small intimate group, love the catchy Great Legs name, you can buy wine only by the glass there. I love wine, love that small intimate feel of the place, great for after work, or when I'm downtown, and I love each month will be a new wine education class that I highly recommend you checkout.

I really enjoyed this spot. Our bartender was super nice and the wine flights were unique and affordable. I appreciated that he let us mix and match the wine flights based on what we wanted to try. I specifically liked Post Malone's wine! This spot is nearby a lot of other places and the food hall itself has tons of options if you need a snack after your wine!

I love seeing a wine bar come into the mix at the garage, we were killing some time before our dinner reservation and wanted to grab a drink. We decided to check out great legs and im glad we did.The staff is very attentive, and friendly! There is also a great selection and variety of wines to check out, I had a champagne spritzer, and a glass of sav Blanc both were refreshing and tasty!Check this place out if you are in the area! There's a little something for everyone, can't wait to get back!

Let me preface this review by saying - I'm no wine connoisseur. More of a spirits drinker... However, I do like a good glass of bubbly or wine every now and then just to get the blood flowing. Great Legs is a cute and hip little addition to the Garage. Grabbed a glass of Prosecco to walk around the Garage with while I perused the food options. They poured it into a plastic glass for me so I could be on my way! Stop in here before or after dinner and check their offerings. Definitely cute for a date night.

One of the best new wine bars in Indy!

I love that the Garage Food Hall now has a wine bar. I think it is a great addition. The bartender was sweet and helpful throughout my visit. I selected two of the more sweet wines, but appreciated the selection of other wines. The only suggestion I have is like another reviewer. It would have been cool to see a rotating Indiana wine on the menu. I know we aren't known for wine in our state, but I think it could have been a nice addition. It was a bit pricey ($11) for a pour of Moscato, but I think that's about the going rate anymore for wine.

Located in the Garage Food Hall, Legs is a great place to stop for a glass of red, white, or bubbly. They have glasses for the bar and plastic if you need to take it with you to one of the many great food outlets in the hall. It's a wine only establishment. Don't let the velvet rope deter you...go on in. The wines are good. I'm an equal opportunity wine taster and these barrels are tasty. They have a limited selection but good choices for each major wine you'd expect from the Sauvignons, the Pinots, a Chard, and some fine Italians. Yes, they even have a Merlot (insert epic Paul Giamatti quote here). It's a good Merlot don't let the movie stop you from trying it. My only suggestion would be for them to offer a rotating red and white bottle so there's something new to try each month. Featuring some great Indiana wines/wineries that are NOT fruit flavored would be epic. Might I suggest the Mallow Run Foche? Or the Buck Creek Foche? Or the Blackhawk Foche? All three are different even though they're the same grape...just a suggestion Legs. :-)So stop by any time of day...yes, even for lunch if you need a nice pairing for JJ's or Clancy's.

We were so excited about having a glass of wine after dinner to try Great Legs Wine Bar. Walking up, we were not greeted, the bartender was on his phone. We then sat down and asked which wines he recommended and he said he doesn't drink wine. After ordering two very over-priced glasses of red wine (we go out often and have a good understanding of wine prices, had just had a bottle at dinner), he poured them into a small glass meant for whites. These deep reds needed to breathe. A wine-enthused bar tender would have known this. He then sat on his phone the entire time and did not engage in any conversation, acting like he couldn't wait for us to leave. The feelings were very mutual. It's an awesome space. It would be better served with staff who enjoyed wine too.

Everything you could want from a wine bar at the garage. They even give you a plastic wine "glass" so you can sit outside when the weather is nice. They also have a great selection and are extremely friendly!
