There was a slight mishap with my food order. Someone stole it upon delivery! Not only did they have the patience to handle me and my obvious frustration, but they came through with their delicious take out. It didn't stop there. They went the extra mile to keep in touch with me until they could successfully reverse my first transaction (from the stolen order) which couldn't happen until the next day. They definitely did everything within their power to make it right.
10/10 would recommend and would order from them again.

We ordered Mongolian Beef and General Tso Chicken, the Beef AND Chicken was raw in the middle!!! We called them to tell them and they hung up on us, so we called them back again and they was very rude. They kept telling us that the chicken is supposed to be pink in the middle and not white???? They wouldn’t refund us our money back, so we just lost out on over $50 because they don’t know how to cook their food properly and want to be rude to costumers.
I had placed an order for 2 House special lo mein and one house special chow mein one roast pork egg foo young and one General Tso's chicken. Unfortunately by the time I got home I found out that my chow mein is some kind of soupy base with no noodles in it whatsoever. I called Great Wall and spoke to a gentleman who pretty much argue with me the whole time on why I would order two lo mein and a chow mein since they're practically the same thing. I had told him that I wanted to try out the difference between the lo mein and the chow mein and he kept on arguing with me so I just practically hung up. Here's the picture of the chow mein. The lo mein was flavorless and watery. Never coming back horrible service. Does that picture look like chow me in to you? There was NO NOODLE whatsoever.

I made the wrong decision. I chose Great Wall because I thought I remembered it being really good when I was younger. I should have chosen something closer to ensure proper temperature and crispness. Aside from that, though, the sweet and sour chicken pieces were over cooked, dark, and chewy. It should never have left the restaurant. It was for my grandson and I really needed it to be fresh and good.

Wasted $100 on dinner for 4. Dumplings were burnt. Not pan seared, burnt. Like hard as rocks.
Funny enough the meat on the inside of one was still raw. The lo mein all tasted like straight smoke, and the egg drop soup had raw whites in it, no seasoning. Wonton soup was also inedible. Husband said all the bones in his general tsos were broken? Like how does that even happen? The only thing edible was the egg rolls, but after this I hope I don't get food poisoning.
We ordered over $50 dollars worth of food here tonight 5/20/2024.
The experience was terrible. Everything had a burnt taste. The oil clearly had not been changed for a while. The eggrolls were brown on the outside almost too brown, but the inside was raw/Luke warm. We have eaten here numerous times, and know what an eggroll is usually like from here...or any Chinese restaurant. The chicken on a stick was burnt, and the spring rolls were the same as the eggrolls.
The general tso chicken....same way.
I called to let them know that we were not happy and was told that no one else complained and then I was hung up on.
I will never give them another dime!
They lost a good customer tonight. Instead of apologizing, making it right. Replacing meal after replacing oil, or giving us a credit.....something!!!!
Small businesses struggle enough, but with that attitude I can understand why.

I ordered $70 worth of food from this restaurant through DoorDash. On top of everything being drenched in Grease, my chicken was not cooked! The inside was very raw! Then I called the store and they told me so you cook your own!? I will never return to this Chinese restaurant, nor should anyone else.
