After waiting 5 minutes inside, a worker named Neyzi showed up at the counter to take my order. I advised that I had been waiting for 5 minutes and no apology was made. I saw her in the back and I said hello a couple of times, but she may not have heard me. I have never been to a fast food restaurant where someone wasn’t at the front counter. It was quite surprised. She was polite and took my order and I was served pretty quickly after that. The place was empty and as I was ordering, several others arrived.

Came here to get dinner and had to wait 30+ minutes to be served the French fries which they had forgotten from my order the first time, the employees were all on their phones and ignoring my attempts to flag them down, after I got their attention they nodded and then didn’t get me the fries, I had to get their attention again to remind them I was missing food, and I was finally granted my fries after the rest of my food went cold. Mind you the entire place was empty so there was nothing else for them to be doing to have forgotten my food.

the price for the food is outrageous, the food isn’t that good, the service is so bad. i tried to order taco’s and the cashier looked disgusted with me and had a attitude. i would never come back and nobody should go.

Miss April at the drive thru can not make a choc shake choc and will give you attitude if you ask for more. so much so she refused my service a week later. Didn't even do anything and she called police and police sided with me and told her manager she should fire April. I laughed so hard youll 🤣🤣 over choc SMH petty. So I sure emailed that complaint and they escalated it within the hour. I am a regular and haven't had issue with anyone even if my food was wrong. they corrected it n all was fine.
