Placed a mobile order and store wasn't out of the items I ordered. Was unable to refund the order. Was not trained on how to handle situations like this and had no contact information on who to reach out to. Was simply told they were out, been out for almost a week, and to contact corporate.

I usually visit 3-4 days a week for breakfast, not always the best food , but it’s quick and on the way to work. 10-25-25, they did not give back my credit card with the Very cold bacon egg supposed to be grilled cheese new menu item. The cheese was cold slapped on to the sandwich falling apart. Only good thing about the breakfast was the orange juice that was prepackaged. As I said I’m on my way to work and in a hurry, they failed to give a receipt or my card back I’m on the interstate halfway to fishers Indiana when I realized they didn’t give me a receipt Or my card, I called right away they admitted they had kept my card. I came back at 7:06 pm to retrieve my card to find the doors locked, and when going through the drive thru they started to tell me they were out of food for the night unable to serve me, I let them know I’m not here for food I want my credit card they kept from an earlier visit , John the very large man working there said to calm down pull around and said YOU SHOULDNT HAVE LEFT IT, that’s the most absurd rude thing someone needs to say to someone who was put in this situation. I WAS a customer, I work in customer service. This guy needs reprimanded. Your employees failed me as a customer and this guy has the nerve to put this on me. I locked my card the moment I knew they hadn’t returned it to me who knows what would have happened. Hardee’s Do better at hiring people who actually care, and as for the locking of the doors and turning people away cause you don’t have food further gives me clarity that it’s not just this guy or the one who didn’t give the card back, clearly poor management not being stocked to serve. The entire reason you exist, to serve food. Unbelievable, but then again it’s the type of people you hire clearly I’d score 0 but that’s not an option

I got the super bacon biscuit combo and oh my goodness, best breakfast EVER. I LOVE Hardee’s but I loved the service even more! Shout-out to Mayte for the wonderful recommendation of what to get! Her service was like none other and she was seriously such a delight! 10/10 would come again!!!

I was visiting a friend in Indiana as I am not from Indiana and am from georgia. The customer service was phenomenal. I had this employee named mayte. Her service was top tier and I felt very welcomed. Definitely worth the 12 hr trip.

So I deleted my post so that maybe I can see this and have a talk with the gentleman who worked the other night and turned away customers because he didn't want to work. An auto reply is and insult.
