Went on two different occasions, 1st time, it was only one worker, she doing the register and drive through, plus cooking.. my burger was so dehydrated it felt like a Army to Go Meal... 2nd time chicken n biscuits, biscuits was good, but my chicken was burnt and it was 3 workers

I always come to this Hardee’s for breakfast and the guy at the front is always rushing you and rude u guys have so many complaints about him and nothing has changed

I go there to get breakfast on 10/31 at 10:10 and I'm charge for French toast and come to find out that they don't even sell French toast any more.So I ask to get my money back For the French toast that they don't sell anymore.And the Hispanic manager wants to try to tell me to come down when i said that im goin to stop coming here and fully refund my order not just the French toast and tell me to have a good day and when you order. Hash Browns, all they do is redrop them to heat them up. Nothing is made fresh ask for well done Bacon and they give you flappy Bacon that looks like it's not even done The board of health need to come and close them down because it's not healthy

I went through the drive thru, have not been to Hardees in a while, I ask about the double cheeseburger special I have been seeing on the commercials. I didn't see it on the display. The cashier/person taking my order was trying to tell me about the yellow bag, I was confused and told her so. I didn't know what she was referring to, so I drove up to the window. She was in the best of moods since I didn't clearing understand what she was saying. she was very rude, said she was the Manager and called me out of my name. I love your burgers but that Manager is not good with customers and was having a bad day.

I’ve been coming to this Hardee’s for awhile for breakfast. Today I went with my husband through drive through and we ordered originally 2 chicken biscuits. The cashier asked anything else? And my husband confirmed 2 chicken sandwiches. We get to the drive through and my husband ask for strawberry jelly 2 of them. We get our food there’s only 1 sandwich no jelly at all. I get to work and it’s not a chicken sandwich but a double sausage egg and cheese which I don’t eat pork. I call and tell the manager and he stated the guy is kinda new which I don’t believe because I’ve been coming for awhile and here’s always there, they was just playing from the time we ordered our food. Smh
I'm almost positive they spit on my sandwich there.

I don’t even eat Hardee’s , but after today I won’t be coming back , because one I can’t even get a FILLED CUP OF WATER AT 5AM . I got to pull around n wait in the front of the building for them to bring out my food . The only thing good about this experience was the hot food . Ig they turning into McDonald’s empting the hash rounds at the bottom of the bag lbvs .

First the manager who was Latino was rude then the cashier he/she calls the police all because they tore my tenders in half but with poor skills they took a big loss they threw my order in the trash 30 dollar loss then gave me A refund 30 along with the supply they used when they could have just remade my order a gained a customer but they will be closing soon be cause of acts like that
