I went there for lunch with my daughter yesterday. While taking our order, the cashier was on her phone. Very loud place. The food was cold. The hot ham and cheese was warm I'm sure it was microwaved. My daughters hamburger was cold, and so was the fries. This pictured was my large fry lol. They didn't even bother to open the box to put the fries in. I went up and asked if that was a large fry only to be told yes and laughed at as I was walking back to sit down. Did I mention the workers were very loud, I think they were arguing at one point. Not good ar all. You can't call a number for customer service to provide feedback.

Went last night, ordered one sandwich and a few other things. Wait over 15 minutes and get pulled forward. When I finally get my food, the burger isn’t what I ordered. When I go inside, the worker was unapologetic and admitted they gave me the wrong burger and did not act with any urgency to fix the mistake. After a couple minutes of the cooks trying to figure out what to remake (to which the lady at the front was not communicating clearly with, or prioritizing fixing my order), and seeing one of the cooks reposition a trash can without changing gloves, I was disgusted and asked for a refund and left.
Horrible service and employees should not be touching garbage cans while on kitchen duty.
I came to this location tonight James Derick and Devon were working. I asked for a fresh 10 piece tender I have been going to another Hardee’s where they were giving me old chicken that was cold every time I was asking for fresh so I drove all the way from Kentucky Avenue to Penn Pike, where my food was fresh, like I asked with ranch in the bag napkins A1 customer Service I really appreciate it and I’ll be returning thank you guys for the wonderful service

Try to order a Angus burger which is about $7.30 or something had a two-dollar discount ordered a small fry he told me 1568 something wrong he said no that's the price if you don't want to leave I said weather for the two-dollar discount he said all you can add so I left went to a different Hardee's got the same thing for$9.03 big difference

I will never not say this! This Hardee’s has THE BEST service I have ever encountered in a fast food! Any fast food! That’s why just because of it I always come here whenever I’m craving anything! Just because their energy makes me enjoy the food so much more!
