Employee couldn't understand me. I was asking for a lettuce wrap thickburger. I still don't know if you still sell them but he was getting short with me. The lettuce wrap quarter pound cheeseburger I received had wilted lettuce and cheese was barely on the edge of the meat.

Drive-through right now watching the manager watched two of us employee argue and he’s right in the middle and he’s doing nothing. Very unprofessional. I’m waiting as you’re arguing for my food, knowing one of the employees has my food in his hands, but continues to argue with the other employee. Your manager did nothing and a pathetic to watch.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly when you have employees are arguing inside

The fries were perfect, but the meat on the burger looked precooked. The toppings seemed fresh, but the patty was not hot and tasted dry. Overall, it seemed like a lot of money for an aged meat patty.
I happen to have eaten here twice, several months apart, both times after I was leaving Castleton AMC. There is an extremely polite young man, with some frosting near his forehead, who has waited on me both times. This evening I had my walker. Before I got inside, he raced from the counter to hold the door open. After I ordered, I went to the bathroom, which was in excellent condition on both visits. The young fellow was waiting for me with my food on a tray. This young man really provides excellent service, consistently.
We were there for lunch today. I ordered a hot ham & cheese sandwich. It tasted like it was made a week ago! It was far from hot, the bun was very stale. I should have returned it! Get it together Hardees!

I'm not sure anyone will care about us review. But I was not happy seeing someone chewing gum with there mouth open , handling my food . I use to work fast food , and we was never aloud to chew gum or candy . The manager was working with him .so I assume nothing will be done.
