I visit this Hardee’s multiple times Week and the food quality and customer service never ever ever let me down. Carmen is the absolute BEST and always greet me with a smile. At this point I think she knows my voice through the drive-thru and has my Coke zero with light ice always ready to go. Definitely my favorite breakfast and lunch on the go spot in Nora. Thanks Carmen!!!!!!!

Yeah usually this place is good okay but I went in there today I have no clue who the young man was that help me he was friendly but however he did get my food cuz I saw him I open up my bacon egg and cheese biscuit just now to eat it because I saved it for a snack the piece of bacon was about half a centimeter long I'm really really disappointed in today's service my hash browns are cold my biscuit was really small it looked odd and the gravy didn't even cover...
