I just ordered take out from 710 west 10th st. I got 5 price tenders combo and ordered 2 chicken tacos it says on the Google this store open till 11 so I ordered ahead at 930pm and got there at 950pm and hes says they dont have chicken so he just gave me beed at drive through looked like he trying to close so I said ok if you dont have chicken so I drive home and the soft tacos was just thrown in bag all nasty with soggy lettuce luckily not a lit thats gross and I got the stale st fries with the combo and I open the chicken tenders they put like 6 or seven of the most lamp heated tenders I ever seen no wonder he gave me extra ones but I couldn't eat any cause they was all hard as a rock and such a mess so I spent $17.94 on this nasty meal I couldn't even eat i plan to take it back to them tomorrow and ask the manager if they was out of chicken and also to replace my order it says this place supposed to be cook your order when you order it I loved the chicken cken tenders at all the other Hardee's but these people act like it didnt matter what they gave me

I ordered extra mushroom sauce and add onions. I got no extra sauce and 2 rings of onions. If I wasn't in my lunch time, I would have complained. If I decide to go back and it's not to my liking, I will definitely say something!! Stay tuned. You will see either way.

I had to add more to my review. I just wanna say that Lisa is literally the best part of This Hardees! And I don’t know if she’s had a raise or been shown some appreciation, but it definitely needs to happen as soon as possible.

I ordered the Original Bag. It has a few options and I selected the option with 2 double cheeseburgers small fries and small drink. $7.48 including tax. In my opinion the double cheeseburgers are good and tasty and better than the other fast food restaurants. Fries were fresh. They have a self serve fountain for soft drinks. All was really good and probably the best bargain in Indianapolis.

I really just want to put no stars this morning. I needed to use the bathroom. I’m not even from here and the guy at the front said you got to buy something to use the bathroom ma’am so I go get my purse and I come back he charged me four dollars for water, and hand me a coin I asked him what I do with it how to use it and he started yelling at me saying put it in the damn door Ma’am now at this point, I’m humiliated and confused and all I wanted to do was use the bathroom so good Samaritan help me figure out how to get in the door I would like to help me, but now I’m scared to go into the place again

John took my order and was very polite, Rodney worked his magic in the back and I had fresh fries and a perfectly assembled burger with all the toppings in short order. John made sure I was happy with everything as well. Kudos to both of these gentleman!

So im a door dasher and I just found out that I have to pay for something if I want to use the restroom even if I'm picking up food from this place. This is terrible. I literally had to get a coin from the manager to even open the restroom door. I'm about to be done with restaurant. For real. Because this is sad
