I went through the drive-through and the lady said she was all by herself and had to cook and do the ordering and it would take a minute and I was fine with that but when she said they didn’t have coffee I had to leave and then I realized they had the cinnamon biscuits again and I said I’ll take two of those and they were delicious as always

I hate to say this but man, I went there this morning in the gravy was like water, I'm assuming that they saved it from yesterday and then turned around and served it this morning extremely disgusting, and all about two or three weeks back I went through there to get a big breakfast and they didn't even have any gravy. This store needs help

Just left this Hardee’s and the manager John in Drive- Thru had excellent customer service. I love this Hardee’s. The only one I will go too. 710 W. 10th street is the best in Indianapolis.

Later that day drove a little further went to another Hardee's yes meal was great. Never give up on your favorite place you eat , just don't go back to the same one.

Always seem to be out of something we order. My wife went up there to order some tenders. Haven't been to this location in over a year but we had a feeling they wouldn't have any tenders cause last time they were out. They were out again. Sometimes you get the feeling like there not out, they just don't feel like making them.
I went to Hardee's foe their breakfast burrito and Frisco Ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I enjoyed both. I loved their strawberry lemonade.

Both staff members, one taking the order and another just hanging out both talked to me like I was stupid as I asked each one a question at different times. Their answers were like I was being rude. One question was for ketchup and inwas told to check the bag with no smile and the older lady never made eye contact. The next question was for ice and the mad turned around and said there's ice in the machine, I said I tried twice and it won't turn on. He said sternly yes it has it bc I put it in there. I never said he didnt I just said it didnt work. One main part of food service is customer service and they need to smile especially if the customer is being respectful. I was never rude nor did I become rude as this situation went on.
