The dine in was closed at 6:12pm on Wednesday 2/26/25..this is second time I've drove my vehicle wasted my gas and time to drive there and closed..If your employees are that scared or nervous out whatever, close this Hardee's restaurant down. You cost people gas money and time and Hardee's don't care one single bit.

Just left the drive-thru without food because my mom tried to ask the lady a question about our order and the lady snapped on her telling her her total instead of answering the question. My mother was being very respectful and I work customer service so I would be the first to say something if she wasn’t. After the second time trying to ask the question, the lady started saying you ordered this and this with a very nasty attitude. Then my mother said just take our food back and as we were driving away the lady said “bye hoe.” So it seems you guys need to clean house because that’s a crazy ass reaction.

Still waiting to be contacted by management about my order from Thanksgiving. Only received a fraction of the food that was ordered because they ran out and didn't feel like cooking more. My family couldn't eat breakfast and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Wow I came in this evening and was really impressed on how great this restaurant looked the floors, tables even the soda machine. I even went into the bathroom and it was very clean. The ladies working were very polite and my food was very good. They won me over and now I will be here and not at the competitors
