Just left this Hardee’s and the manager John in Drive- Thru had excellent customer service. I love this Hardee’s. The only one I will go too. 710 W. 10th street is the best in Indianapolis.

Both staff members, one taking the order and another just hanging out both talked to me like I was stupid as I asked each one a question at different times. Their answers were like I was being rude. One question was for ketchup and inwas told to check the bag with no smile and the older lady never made eye contact. The next question was for ice and the mad turned around and said there's ice in the machine, I said I tried twice and it won't turn on. He said sternly yes...

Wow I came in this evening and was really impressed on how great this restaurant looked the floors, tables even the soda machine. I even went into the bathroom and it was very clean. The ladies working were very polite and my food was very good. They won me over and now I will be here and not at the competitors
