I came through the drive-through and ordered a number eight combo with a large Sprite. I drove off without checking to see if the fries were hot and they were not. Very disappointed as this is not the first time that I’ve come through the drive-through and the french fries are not hot. Thank you. And you guys need to get with the times and get a machine for Apple Pay. I had to actually hand my phone to the cashier to pay with my Apple Pay, which I don’t like other people touching my phone so get with the times

I had not eaten at Hardee’s in long time. I remember that they had a Mushroom and Swiss burger. I had my mind set on that burger all week. It turned out to be disappointing because it was the sloppiest burger that I’ve ever had. The mushroom was too salty and there was just too much gravy on the sandwich. What really surprised me was that the sandwich was wrapped in paper which fell apart as I unwrapped it. I had expected a box instead. The beef patties were good but the saltiness of the mushrooms distorted the flavor somewhat. It may be a long time before I return to Hardee’s because this sandwich is overpriced.

Hello today has been a wonderful day for me down at the Hardee's on 5016 Harding Lane Indianapolis Indiana because upon my arrival I had wanted a breakfast item and Miss Karen.. the wonderful young lady here at the front counter accommodated me as well as having my order cooked to order.... As a person that I am of 23 years of customer service and 15 years in management.. her customer service skills were through the roof ...she's very phenomenal ...I feel that somewhere down the line should be a promotion waiting for her.... She's phenomenal....
