Absolute trash... They never give you your entire order... Order is wrong 90% of the time... They absolutely refuse to answer the phone... An the little bitty teeny tiny piece of ham that I just got on the sandwich they should be ashamed... Honestly I feel like going back up there to fight them at this point

This place is a complete Joke!!! How are you going to charge someone almost $20 for 10 chicken tenders and most of them are smaller than chicken nuggets!! Plus they are burnt ( taste like the oil they were fried in hasn't been changed in a very long time!!)to crispy making the smaller ones unedible!!! I paid a premium to have delivered by uber eats, they did their job correctly, but hardee's gave them poor quality food and to make things that much better hardee's willNOT awnser the phone so I can try and get order fixed!!! All I want is what I paid for!NOTE TO ALL WHO READ REVIEWS! IF THE COMPANY HASN'T RESPONDED GOOD OR BAD STEER CLEAR FROM THEM BECAUSE THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG!! THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE AN OWNER OR MANAGER WHO CARES ENOUGH ABOUT WHAT THEY PUT OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS AS THEIR PRODUCT TO RESPOND TO THOSE WHO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO OPERATE AND STAY IN BUSINESS!!!

Can’t leave a review for the food because 2 times this week I’ve went to this location and it says they open at 5 and both times all the lights are out and a black SUV is blocking the drive thru window area. This was at 6:30 today and 6:15 the last time. Why don’t you ever open on time?
Chicken tenders were served Burnt after waiting 10 minutes for them, after requesting them to be cooked fresh. I called & complained & was told they would be remade, I pulled up to get them & the young lady handed them to me & quickly closed the window there was no sauce in the bag. I had to sit there for approximately 3 minutes for someone to come back to the window & get me some sauce. It was Sunday & the sign says $1.99 Shakes but when I tried to order one the so called Male Manager said he couldn't make any shakes something about the machine was frozen up ⁉️ Not a very pleasant experience again at Hardee's, they're gonna lose my business if they can't do any better than that. Serving burnt food is ridiculous, especially when someone requests it to be made fresh ...

Every morning that I go here they're slow. Took 15 minutes to get my food with 3 people ahead of me. And the super sausage I ordered this morning tasted off?? Had to throw it away. The people I've dealt with here have been decent. I just think they don't have enough help. But the sausage thing?? It was nasty. And that's a first.
