I just went through the drive-thru and I asked for a lemonade with no ice and the manager told me that I could not do that so I had to drive away that's terrible

There's very rude lady who works here mornings and a nice lady who works mornings when I get the nice lady she's a WONDER to talk to but the very rude lady makes me hate spending my money there she treats me with no respect and Hardee's has a stupid rule of 1 mayo packet per item when I get quesadilla they cut into 3 parts I should technically get 3 mayo packets but the rude lady wants to only give me one when I've talked to the other manager and should get 3 for it. Needless to say ill be having a good conversation with a higher up because this lady treats me with no respect (also no its not just that 1 thing she does) ONLY reason its not all 1 stars is because of the NICE manager lady

I’ve had enough.
I came in after working a 14 hour shift, it’s snowing 20° and freezing outside, just trying to redeem a valid breakfast coupon from the app that clearly says “redeem at store.” It wasn’t expired. There was nothing wrong on my end. Instead of helping, I got the usual “I can’t control that” attitude from the same employee I’ve had issues with before. No effort to troubleshoot. No manager. Just telling me I’d have to pay full price.
When I said I had cash, I was told to try paying through the app. That response was dismissive and unnecessary. If I’m standing at the counter with cash, the solution shouldn’t be “figure it out yourself.”
I worked in food service for over 10 years. I know systems glitch. But customer service is about effort, and that effort was not there.
I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years. I expect management to address this ongoing issue with honoring valid promotions. If it continues, I will escalate it beyond this store and continue documenting my experiences publicly.

morning crew rude. it was 6:54 I asked if I could come in a little early to use the bathroom because they open at 7:00. lady on the phone said just wait we open at 7:00. I'm sure 6 minutes is not going to break your back.

I tried their chicken wraps for the first time and got one honey mustard and one spicy. I like the honey mustard better and the flavor overall was good, but they use a small soft taco tortilla so it’s not fully wrapped the way a wrap should be, and it was very messy. The chicken has good flavor but seriously, I can do this better at home. That clearly defeats the purpose if you’re out and about and you need to grab something real quick, and I would have almost no complaints if the tortilla was larger and you could actually fully enclose the fillings
I love Hardee's for breakfast. The staffs is always courtesy.

This review isn’t location specific. I enjoy Hardee’s, but they are still a fast food place so the quality of food is the same as that of McDonalds, Burger King, White Castle. It’s a nice switch up from the normal fast food chains. Sodas are usually pretty solid too. The staff are nice but not ~wow~ friendly.
