Visited because I was craving a bubble tea. Enjoyed the atmosphere. They have two kiosk you can order from or order from a register. I appreciated the folding menu and not being foced to scan a code. There are a pot of option from tea to smoothies. Service was fast and staff was friendly.

Quaint little shop in the strip; you'd miss it if you didn't know it was there. However, it's a nice interior with, honestly, one of the best Original Milk Teas in the city. I got the 75% sweet with less ice. It was perfect. Super affordable, too. What a find!

We made a trip to Harmony Tea Shoppe after our first choice for boba was closed on Black Friday. This plaza was super busy, basically all the parking spots were taken - but the store was almost completely empty. Hmm... well anyways, we walked in and started our order at the kiosk.Original Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($7.50) - The tea here is okay. A slight muted fragrance without much flavor due to the amount of dairy and sugar added. 50% sweet here covers up a lot of the taste - I wouldn't recommend over 25% here. The add the boba, then (I believe) milk or some kind of creamer mixture, then pre-brewed tea from a dispenser. The boba here is not good - the sizes aren't consistent and some stick together into large chunks. It's also on the hard side, with an interior that's not pleasant to chew. On the plus side, the boba is soaked in honey, giving a nice sticky quality to the exterior. Be aware that the small here is comparable to the large size at most normal boba shops (700 ml). The large is 1 liter. We had no idea, because the kiosk doesn't tell you - it's only when we were about to finish our order when we noticed that the drink was going to cost over $11 after tax and tip. That's ridiculous for a drink at any boba shop. Reverting back to the small makes a small difference in cost. In addition to tax, they charge you a service fee, and they auto fill in a 15% tip, which you have to manually change. I'm sorry, but paying a bit under $10 for a normal drink is crazy. It was only after we ordered that we found out that the drink might actually come with boba and by adding this topping (excessively priced at $1.25 per topping, where normal shops are $0.50-$0.75), we got double the amount. I don't believe the kiosk makes this clear - we only found out because we looked at the paper menu afterwards that states literally "All Milk Tea with The Boba". Of course, it doesn't say "comes with" so I'm still not certain. Here are the problems I have with Harmony Tea Shoppe - their ordering kiosk terminal isn't really equipped well enough to sell things. It's missing way too much information for you to make an informed decision on how to customize your drink. Not to mention that the cost of the drinks are a good 25-30% more than their competitors and for a place called a "tea shoppe" I was very disappointed at the paucity of tea varieties offered. The boba quality here is also not up to par. For this kind of quality and cost, Harmony Tea Shoppe is a no-go for me in the future. I guess there's a good reason they haven't been able to expand outside of the Indianapolis area.

The Boba is made perfectly, they offer many different types of drinks. I got a large matcha with strawberry popping boba. It's very cute in there. You get nervous trying to find out what you want you can order at their kiosk, but don't worry the workers are very nice anyways.

Always good teas. The rose black tea had a very strong rose taste. Some people might like this but it was refreshing but overpowering

I have reviewed this place before. I typically give a five-star, but today was really disappointing. They had no ice cream and no mochi donuts. We drive 30 minutes each way to get here, so a little disappointed. We ordered at the kiosk and within seven minutes, had our four drinks. Even though we wanted ice cream, our drinks were good. One got a strawberry milkshake, two got smoothies, and I got the Matcha milk tea with Boba. I did order light ice and it definitely was not light ice. However, the flavor was good on all of our drinks, hence the four stars. The ambience is fine. Nothing spectacular but very clean.

Terrible service! No smile no friendliness, came here and planned to buy their signature drinks, since we have dairy allergies, we kindly ask if it is possible to make the sago drinks with non dairy milk. She rejects us by saying it will ruin the recipe without any explanation to why they can't make it without whole milk. Just saying, if the customer is willing to risk the "taste", might as well just make it. UNLESS, the method of cooking the sago (for example) already with whole milk, then we understand on why it is impossible to change the so called "recipe". And there was no alternative or anything she could offer to us, i don't mind buying other drinks, but the service of not greeting customers (mind you it wasn't many people there, but still a simple "hi" or smile wouldn't hurt, not just frowning at customers). I don't have problem in other branch, just this one puts me off. Never gonna come here again. Thx

Fun modern environment with lots of options. This location is new, right across from Keystone mall. The shoppe is very clean with static decor, they have games for family which is neat idea. I tried the mango smoothie with no milk and it was very fresh. I can tasted the freshness compared to premade smoothies. Will definitely come back to try other options. Keep in mind, you have to order from the screen but it’s super easy. Enjoy!

Harmony holds a special place in my heart. I seriously love coming here. The service is always fast and I haven't had a bad drink. I love all of the fruit teas. Especially on a hot summer day. I decided to try something new passion fruit lime tea. I should've ordered half sweet but it's very refreshing. I added kiwi boba as a fun treat. My only caveat is they are extremely expensive. 9 dollars for a tea is steep in my opinion.

I had no idea what bubble tea was when I walked in, but I knew I wanted to try it. So I asked them to make me whatever the most popular bubble tea was. It has. Brown sugar, carmel, milk and a whole lot of little marshmallows in it. Oh yes, and tea. I was not disappointed. It was delicious and the marshmallows made it fun. I. Love the big. Fat straws because they let the little marshmallows through. Call me easy to entertain, but it was my first bubble tea experience and it was totally enjoyable.
