They are very generous on the chicken and rice! Food is good and my only "complaint" is the chicken was a little bland but if you have your own sauce at home like teriyaki then you're good.

I really wouldn't recommend this spot if you're looking for something that is even remotely reminiscent of hibachi. The rice, meat, and veggies tasted like nothing but pepper unless you drenched it in yum yum sauce. I don't understand why the egg has no flavor and is not cooked in with the rice. It's also frustrating that I paid extra for vegetables and ended up with over half a plate of veggies and a negligible serving of meat compared to the advertisement photos. A really disappointing experience, to say the least.

Food was ok chicken was overcooked and there is an extra dollar per vegetable and they are heavy on onions and less on other vegetables. Was not happy soda machine broke having to use bottled drinks. Also beware there is a service fee to pay by credit card here. No paper towels in bathroom.

Is it “fast food” hibachi? Yes. Is it good in relation to amount of food for price? Also yes. The portions are huge. Boyfriend and I order from here whenever I’m staying over because it is fast, good, and filling. I’m picky with veggies usually and I kinda like the cabbage. The flavor is pretty good for how fast and cheap it is. Also, I don’t love their crab rangoons but I like that sweet and spicy vinegar sauce they put with them.

We ate inside Hibachi Express on a Friday night and were the only ones eating there. It seemed to be a popular door-dash option we saw lots of dashers picking up to go orders. The chicken was good but the steak hibachi was my favorite! Very filling and served with a very generous amount of rice. I would definitely go back for the steak highly recommend trying it! We didn't love the crab Rangoons they tasted slightly off but maybe still worth a try! Ambiance is pretty nice for a "hole in the wall" restaurant. Cheers!

I just tried hibachi Xpress for the first time and it was delicious. Great place to stop for lunch.

My first time there and it exceeded our expectations. Great food (hibachi steak and hibachi shrimp); very friendly and hospitable staff; very clean including the bathroom. Large portion sizes.

Went to eat here for the first time today. Ordered steak & shrimp hibachi...the most tender steak I have EVER HAD. Everything was so good, the cabbage, the steak, shrimp & rice.

I ordered the hibachi scallop and the hibachi vegetable. The hibachi scallop was pretty much nothing but rice, sauce, and onion. The scallops were pathetic. Something like 10 slices of 1/8th inch slices. So 1 scallop sliced very thin. The hibachi vegetable was pretty much rice and sauce with very little vegetable. I paid around $50 for a delivery of mostly rice. I could have made a rice dish with ginger sauce, using fresh ginger root, and perfectly cooked rice instead of over cooked rice for about $2.

The chicken is not the traditional hibachi style chicken, no seasoning prior to teriyaki sauce being added. It’s not moist, more like a home made hibachi less than what I expected.

First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised. Pretty nice inside and plenty of seating, but I was the only person here when I went. Food came out really quick. I got the hibachi steak and some crab Rangoons. Really affordable and HUGE portions. I couldn't even finish everything. Cabbage on the side was very good, but I would recommend adding some veggies (which is a one dollar upcharge). Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend giving this place a shot. Menu is limited in that it's just the hibachi and appetizers, but the food they do have is excellent.

The ambiance is very nice. Very modern and quaint. The service was good. I ordered and got my food within 5 minutes. I dined in, but they brought my food in a take out container on a tray. A bowl would have been nice. The food is much like you'd get at the hibachi place in any mall food court. All in it was like $14 for lunch and a drink. I probably won't go back but wouldn't dissuade someone from trying it out.

Enough food for two! It can get pricey but you can easily get two meals out of one order. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken. It came with fried rice and cabbage - both were very good. I added on zucchini, onions and broccoli - all were softer than I like, but my wife loved them. I will definitely be back!
