This is our second visit to HV over the last 3 years as we choose it when we're going to the amphitheater. Our first visit we sat on the dining side and this last visit they sat us on the bar side. It was so loud on that side that we could not hear each other talk. Our server was decent and the food ok, but I wished there was a way to designate where we wanted to sit. Our reservation was for 6:00 and we arrived a little early and the hostesses kept telling us we had to get...
We dined before a concert. Super busy and they could have used more staff but the staff working this day were all amazing. You could tell they worked as a team to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. We had to wait so don't be in a hurry but service was excellent and they all smiled and were friendly even though the atmosphere was probably a little overwhelming.
The service was great! the food was just ok. the Short rib tacos my guest had were very greasy and not good. The breaded tenderloin I had was not very good at all. There was way too much breading that made it greasy. I was looking forward to eating here for a long time and was very disappointed in the food.
