*This location is closing*. Other locations, including Fashion Mall at Keystone, will remain open Came in for an event last week. The tea & beverage selection was very large, plus they had snacks (scones and other desserts & small plates) and a small boutique area. They also had lots of events (paint nights, etc) to bring people in. Overall it was a good experience but the service was a little slow (only one employee on) for our event + regular customers. One note: the staff member kept saying that there were gluten free options, like the scones, available but they served everything on the same tray - even continued to point out which ones were GF after cross-contact occurred with other items. Would highly reco to staff to ensure GF items are handles separately and with care as to keep all diners safe.

I came to HoiTEA ToiTEA last year after an accident and got the Feel Good Lemonade with CBD in it. The CBD is in coconut oil so it doesn't change the taste of the drink. The Feel Good Lemonade feels like a great pick me up and also tastes delicious. If you are in Broad Ripple and want a delicious drink, this is the place to go. Their macarons are also super tasty.

One of my fav spots in broad ripple. They have a lovely tea selection, both iced and hot, as well as some yummy adult beverages. The macaroons are cute and tasty. I come here to get work done for the chill tunes and low key atmosphere. If you love tea, you'll love this place.

I've seen this place several times, in the fashion mall and in broadripple. One is the book clubs I'm a part of suggested this location to meet, what a perfect excuse to check out a new place! Ended up in the broadripple location, I feel in love just as a walked in. The seating is spacious, air conditioning is on without it being a frozen meet locker, interesting black and whites and a solid sound track. The staff is very friendly, help you answer questions and even make suggestions on drinks. If you like tea and champagne check this place out, I went With the champagne options. There was a great Sunday special if you by a food item you get bottomless cocktails for 20 bucks. So with the heat I wasn't starving, I got the unicorn macaroon, for drinks I had the earl grey Carmel champagne cocktail and then I let the server choose their favorite and got a mint lemonade champagne. I also had a hot tea latte, the earl grey Carmel. Can't wait to go back and have more delicious drinks and snacks!

Lovely space and great for meetings. The tea lattes are my favorite and I haven't had a bad one yet. The burbon ginger pear is amazing. I didn't realize how one dimensional tea is everywhere until I tried hoitea toitea.

This place advertises bottomless mimosas, but after maybe a handful of mimosas the server poured me straight orange juice, and after I questioned him about it, he repeatedly lied to my face and told me it was a mimosa. I watched him pour the orange juice. I respect the businesses ability to cut a customer off if they no longer want to serve them and/or think they are intoxicated, but there's no need to lie to the customer. I paid $20 for bottomless mimosas, not bottomless orange juice. Absolutely ridiculous.

Double espresso was more like a mini americano and tasted over extracted. London Fog (pretty sure they messed it up on the first attempt and quickly made something instead) was basically watered down steamed milk. -Brandon

HoiTEA ToiTEA is hands down my favorite local tea shop in Indianapolis. They have a wide variety of teas (hot and iced) as well as tea lattes, coffee, and food. They also have many tea infused items from adult beverages to foods. You can reserve their meeting room (FOR FREE) Monday - Friday's for any meetings you might have. Their staff is also always extremely and knowledgeable. I'm there every other Tuesday and never want to leave! My last bit of info for you is that they also do tea blending classes that are so much fun and extremely educational for anyone wanting to learn more about tea

I just adore this spot. Their variety of merchandise is fun, the menu is creative and unique, the decor is cute, and everything I've had tastes good. I'm a particular fan of the flavored tea lattes - I wish more places served them. Writing this review is making me want to drive over there today... chances are good that I will, in fact.

What a fun tea specialty store. Perfect place to take my hard to shop for tea loving daughter for her birthday. Sweet treats. Unique tea selection. Fun boutique gift items. Fun photo ops too, phone booth was too cute! Lovely seating areas.

Very attentive. Love the bottomless coffee or tea options. Loose leaf. Lots of options. And some gluten friendly pastries.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with my son to grab a tea latte and treat him to a macaron (which was FREE w/the Yelp check-in offer!). Here's what I loved: -The lavendar fog tea latte was delicious. It was served at just the right temperature and was flavorful but not overpowering. The cashier let me know it was one of the most popular tea lattes, and I can see why! I'd get this again, without a doubt. -Macarons are $2 on Mondays! -The macaron was generous in size. It was a 3-biter, not one that could be popped and devoured in one bite. :) Here's what I would love to see: -The seating situation and the shopping section are merged together in a way that makes it hard to find a spot to sit where you're away from a lot of stuff. I don't know how else to say this. There was a baby shower happening on the upper level, and there were a few tables and chairs where guests were seated on the lower level, but the arrangement was not at all inviting. We ended up sitting at a table near the trash can so my son could eat his macaron. -The plate the macaron was served on was wet, and the water dissolved almost half of the macaron (b/c its kind of spongey). Luckily, my son is 5 and so if I pretended it was SO COOL that the water was eating his cookie, he thought it was, but in truth I was a little disappointed that it was served to us that way. I've heard that there is a Hoi TEA Toi TEA in the Fashion Mall, which was great to know, as I really enjoyed the tea latte but not so much the setting it was served in. I'll be back for a lavendar fog latte -- to go. :)
