The taro milk tea was delicious and the service was great. The lady working explained the whole menu and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision.

I was charged twice for my order at HoiTea ToiTEA on 26th of May 2025. After the first payment, the owner claimed it hadn’t gone through and asked me to pay again, even though the money had already left my account. I contacted them requesting a refund out of principal, but have received no response at all… so I cannot recommend visiting.
Justin is a great representative of yours! Enjoyed my visit and will be back!

the salted caramel boba was awesome!! probably one of the best boba i’ve ever tried. the employee was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 overall

First time to have Taro ice cream. I was offered a sample as I was contemplating. I liked it and the quantity was generous. Service was great - friendly.

First time wanting to try this place and actually purchasing their packaged teas. The tea is good but the workers are so rude like wow! Don’t expect to ask any questions! I’m not one to typically write negative reviews and I also work in customer service but my experience at this place sucked. The girl behind the counter had brunette hair with a headband.
i work next door to this business and the owners are so friendly and nice. Everything i’ve tried i’ve really enjoyed and they really care about making the customers happy. The mango passion fruit boba tea is amazing!
